They should make dress up Barbie dolls of the Slatons. They could be made of super ball rubber so you can bounce them off walls, or perhaps that stretch armstrong material so you can stretch them into a person of normal proportions.

A dramatic uncooked meat log is much easier to depict than dozens upon dozens of blurred out soda cans and 2 liter soda bottles while telling them no more unnamed fast food places and blurred out cookies.
 
So after roughly 70 pages of reading from the start and 2 hours of videos, I remembered the poll and thought of my dad's old joke:

That said, I may actually have to watch the first episode just to record it. Aby time I feel like quitting working out or dieting, I will watch it and be inspired to never be that (by no means am I an Adonis, but at least I don't shop at the big & tall store)

Shit, I feel bad when I make Fried Pickles and shit like that for parties. It would be a diet for them...

I'm pretty sure that's from when Amy went to the gym and filmed herself working out. She quickly deleted the video though, probably went against her contract or something. Who remembers that? Or maybe TLC told her to upload it and delete it, to get more interest leading up to the show.
 
Jesus H fuck, its officially true humanity has reached a bell curve. Those who try extreamly hard to kill themselves with calories are being glorified and revered as victims by normie society, ridiculsy large amounts or resources are put into keeping amberlynn, chantal and subjects of this thread alive, what have they contributed to the world besides Josh's masterbation fodder? Nothing. Consider eugenics, it got bad rap but, might be time to reconsider; if I OD I do not wish to be revived, I rolled the dice.

TLC has another fatty show and it definitely does not glorify or revere the participants. While many have childhood sob stories it is made perfectly clear each episode that their weight is their fault. That's why I'm so excited for this show - TLC has no issue showcasing how bad and stupid people are.
 
I wonder if reality TV producers are lurking the farms right now. We got a veritable circus side show of freaks for them to hunt for new material to make shows with.
 
Is this the same production company that did the One Ton Family (or whatever it was called) series? The first season of that, they seemingly tried to cast a family that was enjoyable, but the second season was a fucking disaster and they were all horrible and unlikable. It was a hate watch show for me. I can see why they gave the girls their own show. Though, I have to admit. Something about them taking Tammy, who is actually a slow in da brain, and apparently casting her as the villain in the show kind of bugs me. Tammy is a bitch, but I'm not entirely sure it's completely her fault.

Remember though, Honey Boo Boo was fun to watch in its first season because the shows ''star'' had lots of personality and the family would have white trash fun like mudding and dumpster diving. It made it kind seem fun to be a hick. The Slaton series on the other hand will be sad and depressing. Tammy might even croak through filming.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking that. It'll be interesting to see the how the sanitized (literally & figuratively) made-for-TV versions of the Slaton sisters compares to the unfiltered, ugly reality that we're all used to.

All kidding aside, it's strangely bittersweet to see cult-classic lolcows like the Slatons enter the normie sphere. I've been following them so long that I feel oddly possessive of them. "Fuck you TLC I knew about them first don't touch my cows reeeeeee"

I dunno. I guess I should be happy they're reaching a wider (heh) audience, but you know they're going to be taken advantage of by the network, more so than any would-be troll could do. I'm kinda conflicted.
