Isn't tubular breast deformity pretty common in the non-troon population though? I looked into it and, by and large, insurance won't cover it here for either sex (Ontario if you're curious). Depending on the severity it can be a very expensive multi-step project that doctors consider more reconstructive than cosmetic, but there is disagreement there. I've heard stories through the grapevine of women with severe tube boobs getting OHIP to cover it but I don't know the circumstances or even how true that is.

Anyway if people with this problem decide to cheap out by going overseas or to unscrupulous American surgeons we're gonna see a lot of nasty uncanny valley PS2 titties.

It's all about presentation. If it's a tranny showing their own neovagina to the world, it gets to stay. If it's a surgeon documenting the process, it gets to stay. If it's framing it in a positive stunning and brave light it gets to stay. If you're saying "wait maybe this isn't such a good idea" or worse "I regret this and want to jump off a ledge", then you're not allowed to say anything.
