Not too many happy days in the recent past...
After the depression at the beginning of the week, i finally felt better on wednesday and yesterday only to have a very unpleasant situation at the gym yesterday evening.

Basically got kicked out of the ladies area and though after long debate of my friend with the trainer i could have stayed, i was in no mood anymore to do so. In fact i was in such shock that i continued exercises at first...it was at home, all the gravity of the situation brought me down and made me cry (again) instantly for twenty minutes under the shower.

So here we are again, dysphoria is back and i am feeling like s*** again. Plus i have no idea yet how to deal with this crap in the future. That’s fucking hilarious. He was “shocked” that he was read as male when he was born male and presenting as male? Does he expect people to detect his female soul or something? The absolute delusion.
