Christ, this was utter garbage. This isn't a coherent story - it starts abruptly with little explanation, continues on while name-dropping very irrelevant characters like we were supposed to know em, and just... Ends. No high points at all, apart from the heroine socking Onion's self-insert in the kisser.
Also, terrible punctuation and bad use of pronouns. C-, Mr Gurgles.

Has NOT been my experience with Washington State CPS. In the least. Reported someone whose kids were running around in the street, barefoot, no jackets, in the cold, teasing the neighbour's vicious dog in its kennel, meanwhile, mom was on the computer, talking to some guy she was hoping to run off with. This was constantly happening, and despite several reports, they did nothing. Another was a shit mother, but didn't physically abuse her kids. She and her teen daughter got into it one day and she backhanded her daughter. She happened to have a large ring off, that caught her daughter in the eye, causing broken blood vessels, CPS was on in immediately, put her in foster care with people who were FAR more abusive than her mother ever was. Since I was involved with that one, I would have to deal with the fosters, who, to my face, were sweet as pie, so concerned. Then one day, they didn't hear me drive up to pick her up, and I heard them berating her, saying nasty things to her, etc, and then they saw me standing there, and that "sweet" veneer dropped immediately. "Oh, I suppose you're going to tell them ALL about this..." The girl finally admitted they were always shit-talking her mother, berating her, and the woman's teen son was always trying to force himself on her sexually. It took nearly another six months to get her out of THAT situation! And how this woman was approved to do foster care is beyond me. Her husband is in prison for rape and murder, her brother (who lives with her) is a felon, and her son was ALWAYS in trouble with the cops!

Hi, new member, longtime reader.
I was on a livestream for a smaller YouTube channel last night (Deity's) and Vincent Nictrolla from Chris Hansen's show was in the chat (verified through his Youtube channel VEN). He answered a couple questions while he was on.
Summary:
-more agencies than the local police dept (Pierce County) are presently in reciept of the evidence garnered from victims and laptops/devices. He wouldnt be specific as to which because they are now open investigations.
-He said they are aiming to have the next YouTube interview/livestream on Monday the earliest.
-He said their other witnesses and evidence than what has been on the show and who is generally known and has spoken out. (it was asked if there were other victims that privately only contacted Chris Hansen, but he did not answer that directly after stating the above).
-Onision and Kai are not the only YouTube fish in their fryer right now.
Just a side note, I've read a couple people wondering why CPS has not removed the children yet. The dirty little secret of US CPS and family courys is that in 7 out of 10 cases of a child reporting abuse (both physical and sexual) to a mandated reporter (which automatically gets filtered straight to CPS and family courts), the child is disbelieved, even with physical evidence, medical reports, etc and placed with the abuser, while they strip the non abusive, protective parent of physicslal and legal custody at the same time. In close to 90% of these 7/10 cases, the abuser has a previoys record of domesric or sexual violence that the family courts ignore. These stats are directly from studies done both by the American Bar Association and the American Judicial Association (in other words, they know they are doing but keep on doing it).
Take it as you will, but that means that the few kids who report or their abuse is caught by medical, psychological and educational professionals 70% of the time just get filtered back to the abuser and their support system in the family are lost legally. This is why some women stay, and why CPS has done nothing in this case. Similar things happen to rape victims and people who report domestic violence.
The best case scenarios for these kids is if the abuse is directly related to law enforcement by them (though we know that is not always a good or helpful option either) and it completely bypasses CPS and family courts and goes directly into criminal courts.

THAT sounds more like the WA State CPS than "They investigate everything" I saw up above.
CPS is more likely to take away a middle class family's kid for "observation" than a crackhead because they can probably sell the middle class kid.
If you like kids and care about them, don't call WA State CPS on them.

Exactly. A child that's genuinely being abused is damaged. Damaged kids are hard to sell. They will ignore kids who are being raped and beaten because placing them and getting that sweet sweet government bonus money + adoption fees for permanent relocation is much easier if the kid being sold is just from a dirty house or an overworked single mother, as opposed to having been used as a combination sex toy and punching bag by their parents since birth.

Also, another note from the livestream, Vincent said they can't copyright strike the fake interview videos because he fell under the definition of "parody" and was careful enough to only use certain lengths of clips and alter it just enough.

Washington State, at one time, had this thing called the "Becca Bill", which, to sum it up, was over a teenage girl who kept skipping school and got her ass murdered for it, so the State made it illegal for kids to miss school. Now, this was in the 1990's, when State Helicopter Parenting and the ascendency of school over parents was just starting. Kid get the chickenpox? They'd send the cops out to make sure that little 8 year old Suzy was actually covered in spots and not skipping school to do drugs.
I don't know if it's still in effect, because there was HUGE backlash against it when the schools got a bit too power mad.
In Centralia/Chehalis there were several cases that made the news when parents moved from one school district to the other and got served with summons, CPS called in, and law enforcement checks on the parents as soon as the new school requested the records from the old school. The school districts acted like they had to be consulted if parents moved, and some activist judges threatened the parents, and the Centralia School District actually tried to get the court to force the parents to move back.
Why?
Money.
See, having little Suzy's ass in the seat earns the school system money (or it did), but Little Suzy having chickenpox (not really a thing any more, thank God) didn't get the schools money, and people fleeing the economic collapse of the 1990's Centralia/Chehalis area sure as shit didn't put kids asses in the school for that paycheck.
Thankfully, though, they just imported a bunch of fucking Mexicans to put their kids in the seats, so everyone was happy.
But it was interesting as fuck to see CPS visiting my neighbor 3X in a week because his daughter had chickenpox, meanwhile no matter how often we called CPS about the kid wandering around in a diaper in October because his mom threw him out at dawn and sometimes he slept in the laundry room didn't merit a single fucking visit, not even when the kid vanished one day.

He's too cowardly to talk to Hansen, mainly because it would be a game of who can keep their cool the longest, and Hansen is too old to be riled up quickly by some autistic pedophile. It would hurt grog knowing he has no power over him. That he can't get under his skin which has been the case with all the live streams he's been in. Sure he didn't win any argument but in his head he did.
But with Hansen he'd lose in every sense of the word.

That's interesting, the UK also has laws around skipping school but I've never heard of the police checking up on people like that. Here if your child's attendance falls too low then the school will begin to question the parents and, if the kid is found to be skipping, the parents will be fined for it. If there are other reasons like long term sickness, then that doesn't apply obviously. One pretty controversial thing is taking your child on holiday during school term, even just a few days away can get families in deep shit as they're knowingly taking their child out of school and enabling truancy basically lol.
Also lol @ chickenpox. Here parents have chickenpox parties: your 3 year old got the pox? Get together with your friend's little kids and get them together to spread it to each other so they all get immunity early on and hopefully won't get shingles later in life
Social services are a nightmare here, so many cases of kids missed by the system. Most of it is dude to overworking of the staff, too many cases and not enough staff to take them all so the workload for individual social workers gets insane. Higher ups rush their workers and will sometimes even just overturn shit when people had read concerns just to save more time. There have been a few big cock ups leading to some horrific abuse related deaths of little kids cause of it.

Similar problem with schools and Title IX "Indian" education. The schools can get "x" amount of extra funding for each Native American child enrolled. By law, the children have to be enrolled in a federally recognized tribe (sorry, Gurg, you can't make up a fake tribe and try to get money), but the school will claim any kid whose parents claim some rumoured ancestry (VERY COMMON, especially with Cherokee), but the feds never check or do any paperwork otherwise, so they get something like $1800 extra per year, per student.
Why can I feel Gurg dusting off a story about an ancestor that Crazy Tammi once spoke of? Still can't claim the casharino, lil boi.
What is the money for? Well, Indigenous kids have a higher incidence of dropping out of school, so the money is supposed to help with tutors, cultural programs, etc, but often, the school puts it in someone's pocket, or uses it "for the greater good"...and the feds don't care. (Still can't apply for it, Gurgles!)
Oh, and FUCK GURGLES AND HIS MANBOIWIFE!
Edit: PS--I spent over an hour on hold with CPS in Pierce County, and NEVER got a human on the phone. I called the county sheriff, and talked to a deputy for over an hour, sent all sorts of relevant links to their degeneracy, the treatment of Shiloh, etc, and...NOTHING. I know CPS has contacted them before, but, WTF, WASHINGTON? Violently "raping" and "killing" a sex doll, the underage nudes, underage moderators, underage girlfriends, skipping around the country depending on age of consent, etc, etc, etc, and NOTHING? REALLY?

Hi hun. We don't do that here. We document, observe, and chuckle - we don't go sending pizzagrams or glitter bombs or calling in law enforcement. They aren't going to give two shits about some Internet rando, and they're going to take the case less seriously if it just seems like "internet drama".
Case in point, if Chris-Chan was murdered on livestream, cops wouldn't go to his house until a neighbor called in a smell complaint, because I'm sure they hang up as soon as they hear "Chandler", "Branchland", or "Sonichu".

A kid having Chicken Pox would fall under an excused absence and no follow up would be necessary. (A doctors note can insure it, after ten days its mandatory)
Every state has some variation of this law.
In my state, a parent gets ten days of excused absences per year. (Parents calling a kid in sick especially with a doctor note, or a funeral with turning in turning in funeral documents, etc). After those excused absences are up, they only get three days of unexcused before they are considered truant (which is why you want a doctor note if you can get it.)
If the child really has a long illness, they go on a special program and work is sent home.
If a parent works with a school, for example, they are taking their kid to Paris for two weeks during school, the school will work with them and the kid won’t get in trouble. However, the truancy letter and probably an automated call will still be sent out because it’s triggered by the computer system. However, the kid won’t get in trouble for being truant.
In the late 1990s, schools stopped getting paid for excused absences; that’s federal.
Sadly, there are a lot of kids who have parents who are too lazy to get up and send the kid to school, or who make their oldest take care of the youngest and take that kid to school first so they can’t get to school on time, or a bunch of other reasons-probably people like Greg and Kai fall into. So they do catch those families. Some kids miss half the school year for stupid reasons.
And yes, it’s partly because schools get paid by attendance although now that absences don’t matter it’s more; it’s also to help catch those kids who fall in the cracks. Kids need to be educated and a lot aren't because of stupid lazy parents.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t require a lot to say you are homeschooling your kid then get the government off your back. Still, you have to do something, you can’t just say it. You have forms to fill out and they have to be enrolled in a homeschool, and if it’s your own you have to apply.

Without laws like this, kids like Shallots probably wouldn’t ever learn to read, and would just show up at school when mom needed an hour or two of babysitting. It’s a lot better for this country to have people educated, at least somewhat. Without that, the shallots would have zero chance at all.
I’d hate to be the teacher of one of Grugly’s kids and have to deal with him. It’d be a nightmare.

This was all back in January, long before I joined here.
And the reason Grugly has cameras and lights all around his property is because he's so paranoid of someone trying something. Especially when he has to brag that police response to his house is 90 seconds. Which is bullshit. He is in unincorporated Pierce County, so, while the Gig Harbor police department isn't that far, the sheriff's office is much further north. And most law enforcement agencies are very jealously protective of their bailiwicks. Matter of fact, sheriff's office in Gig Harbor is much closer to Purdy, where Krai may end up doing her time (women's prison).

I can get behind something so bad that it is awesomely bad, but you at least care about the characters. These characters could get some horrendous form of cancer and you just wouldn't care! That and there's no structure to this plot (or more aptly, the lack thereof). What tf is this story?!
