I honestly have no idea about the popularity of DC Super Hero Girls online. However, she seems to act very discreetly on Twitter (at least) and avoids discussing the obvious topic. Vani used to go by Loliconica in 2016/2017 which is where this thread stops being documented. He made anime meme song covers, fun anime culture centered videos, and AMVs,
Vani would start doing ASMR of him recording himself eating potato chips. It gained a lot of attention making it the most viewed video on his channel. This is where HAX comes in, making fanart & various tips on how to grow.
Hax became Vani's artist & manager and also a close friend. His community expanded but didn't last.
It all starts in his discord server (because of course discord is involved). He had a "loli goddess & queen" persona. His fanbase "pleased" him in many ways, but not unusual standards.
It gets insane from here. He basically begs people to fap to him and his persona. Hax saw this as a red flag and left his server because of his "serious issues". From here, this became "the first Loli war". Haxxtra codemned him for this stupid bullshit he forced others to do until he stopped doing it. He decided to publicly shame Haxxtra in various videos.
Then in retaliation, Haxxtra stopped working for him, demanded him to pay money he owed him, and Haxxtra told his close friends not to interact with him. He took this as a "act of defamation" and spread "misinformation about me on his server". Haxxtra decided not to talk about it. Later, he went crazy and started anyone who sided with Haxxtra a "traitor" and banned people left and right in his shitty server. Half the server got banned that day.
Neppy, a close friend of Haxx, got pushed into severe depression/self harm by Vani. This resulted in a war. Neppy made a server on his own but Vani sent spies to keep "an eye on us" (lmfao). When nothing was found, he started faking screenshots and making up evidence. He posted private calls that he recorded without consent and posting "intimate moments between him (Vani) and Neppy" which resulted in Neppy committing suicide. He started cutting his wrists heavily, and Haxxtra had to call an ambulance to save Neppy. Neppy was saved at the hospital and after weeks he came back, he condemned Vani. Vani deleted everything and his Patreon (where he had a single patron) was terminated.
He rebranded as Lolipop ASMR, he apologized to him and Neppy. After all that horrible shit he did, Haxxtra started working for him again. This summary now goes like this:

Let's go onto the unmask and how @Preggo Apple is actually Vani. In the original callout thread and the various aliases shown: he has gone by "Vani Plapaba, Coni, BurpBug, Lollipop ASMR, and Loliconica".
Coni is another username for "CuteConi". He's been mentioned on the Kiwi Farms before. Once in Thread request Resources, the other in the General Discussion for Virtual YouTubers thread.
@neu would do a search on the IP addresses found and find another Minecraft account under the alias "Naughty_Loli". Naughty_Loli's first alias is "Barnphene" which is mentioned in the OP and the title of this thread.
The emails also show that he uses a common password with "Zebrattack" which is consistent.
Conclusion
With all the evidence shown here including testimonies from previous friends, @Preggo Apple is Loliconica. After pushing someone into suicide, he rebranded as Lollipop ASMR, then to BurpBug, then to CuteConi, and finally forming "Vani Plapaba" with various pedophile dogwhistles. He's truly gone from being just an insane "clopper" to becoming a full on degenerate pedophile. I guess the warning signs were always there.
