Mr. Baron (sorry, may I call you Reuben?), can you tell me whether you received any money or other benefit from Brianna Wu in the last six months? Your interview, as well as your final article, left that question rather conspicuously unanswered.
Hy-hy-hyeah well...

No.

As far as all the complaints about journalism, yeah, I get it. It's not good journalistic practice. You don't have to worry about me being a shitty journalist, though, since I'm not going into journalism. I was kind of hoping to wait to hold on to the interview for the future to reference in a story if/when Jace is finally arrested, but after Jace said he was going to release it himself and I kept getting bugged about it on Twitter so I released it. Still getting bugged on Twitter, but whatever.

I fully admit this was a stupid and crazy thing to do. I just hope something good comes out of it.

@FlyAwayNow is this true? How could Eli be a drug dealer if he was in Israel during Operation Green Machine? I think you're getting Eli confused with Kyle or Tyce. Still, you are a liar, coward, and a shill. Holy shit I'm amazed by how much of a scumbag you are for writing such a biased hack piece of journalism. You had no intent of sharing Jace's side of the story, such as that the only reason he was aggressive towards Wu was because trolls like Woody Chan were pretending to be Wu and telling him that she was going to kill him and challenging him to a street race. Also, you use an unnecessary amount of parenthesis in your articles, if you threw in some ampersands I would have thought @Cowlick wrote it.

You know the irony here? Jace recording him has saved his bacon. Because if he had written what it sounds like he was intending to write, especially under the auspices of journalism, it would be a pretty clear cut case of libel. The way this guy talks, the antagonizing tone he uses with him from the start, you can bet your bottom dollar he didn't plan on releasing ANY audio from this.

He accuses him of things with absolutely 0 evidence, and if Jace sued him the "Guy on a forum told me" defense wouldn't cut it. Yet he tells Jace he's breaking the law by recording a journalist during an interview, my sides can't even. Hunter S. Tutter is in a much more legally grey area than Jace Connors.

"I just hope something good comes out of it." good for who? because we already got something good... something very very VERY good I'd say.

What, in your opinion, would be a good outcome?

Please respond to some of the repeated questions regarding your knowledge of Jace's mental illness.

Some good will come out of this. Your name will be forever attached to this and anyone who ever does a search on you will see what an unprofessional scumbag snitch you are.

What good do you expect to come from this? I mean you mentioned "for the criminal investigation" before, but did law enforcement ask for your help specifically? If not, doesn't that just make you a "vigilante" like Jace? You know, someone trying to achieve justice in a really misguided, and ending up making a fool of themselves in the process?

Have you considered this?

not going into journalism.
Dude, you're an unethical fuck. You complained about Jace saying he was a veteran to get sympathy but then you fucking lied to him about being a journalist so you could white knight for some dumb chick. Seriously, you're a bad person and a hypocrite.

You attempted to correct Jace's definition and interpretation of rap. What are your qualifications, musically or otherwise, to judge his ability as a rapper?

Also, in case you didn't see it, reposting my question.
You realize that gamergate duped Jace into believing that Wu was working with ISIS to kill him? You're attacking a victim. That is cyberbullying, stop it.

I'm aware of his mental illness. I think an institution might be the best option. If not that, some sort of alternative care-taking. It's clear his mom's been hurting rather than helping him with his problems, and his friends just enable him.

I got him to drop his victim charade for a bit and admit that he made a death threat and not a "joke."

Do you realize you're dealing with a person who has a strange grasp on reality at times and has a history of admitting to doing things he has never done? You're dealing with someone who isn't a reliable source even when it comes to his own life due to a mental illness. You seem to be going after a mentally disturbed individual just because he's involved himself in a hot button issue that he's admittedly barely researched.

But enough about Wu. You're also dealing with Jace.
