This comic is a prime example of why progressive media generally sucks. It's because it isn't written to be entertainment, but propaganda

I'm pretty sure it has, but when you get down to it it doesn't matter. Global warming, regardless of its source, is clearly a negative thing, so it stands to reason that anything humans can do to cool off the earth is a big deal.

Meh, temperatures have always been fluctuating, often for reasons we poorly understand. An anthropogenic effect on temperatures may have been proven, but the more important questions, like how big that effect is, and how temperatures ultimately will be impacted is still up in the air.

What really bothers me with the climate loonies is their catastrophic language and doomsday predictions. (Ex: “The Earth is burning!”)

No it isn’t you absolute idiots, and we’re not going to “destroy the earth”. Temperatures have always been changing, CO2 levels have historically been much higher. Humans might not fare as well everywhere, but ultimately, given enough time, climate will settle in a new equilibrium, new species will replace those extinct, etc. etc.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Assigned Male. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of intersectional feminism most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Stephie's gender euphoric outlook, which is deftly woven into her characterisation- her personal philosophy draws heavily from Simone de Beauvoir literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they're not just funny- they say something deep about TRANSGENDER LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Assigned Male truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the humour in Stephie's existential catchphrase "Suck my d**k," which itself is a cryptic reference to Dr. Rachel McKinnon’s epic paper Reasonable Assertions: On Norms of Assertion and Why You Don't Need to Know What You're Talking About. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Sophie Labelle's genius wit unfolds itself on their computer monitors. What fools.. how I pity them. 😂
