First he's a Republican, likely with a somewhat conservative mindset and in a conservative state. How would such a man react to the utter idiocy, subterfuge and bullshit? I think he would make damn sure Ty is on diamond solid legal ground by smacking as needed and give the snowflakes that rope to hang themselves. He has already seen, out of the gate, the crap KV's lawyers are pulling. Being human, regardless of his politics, that's not going to bias him toward them.
Since he most likely does not want this fiasco going on his record as eventually overturned, He's, IMO, going to be extra careful to dot the I's and cross the T's. And the absolute last thing KV's "evidence" and strategies will benefit from is a real life, non-twitter Judge giving them his undivided attention.
It will however, benefit Vic/Ty greatly.
