They're not fooling anyone. If Ron were at all confident in his position he wouldn't have come across like a simpering little bitch in his deposition. They know that they're screwed and they cower in fear, but they need to keep up appearances or the other side will devour them as well.

But regardless of whether their bravado is real or merely an act, it only ensures that they're that much more likely to lose. Just think of how much harder of a case this would be if any of these idiots just shut the hell up and stayed off Twitter.

I just realized the irony of them praising Ron for dominating his depo while Ron still has his Twitter locked.

(Really though, these thots are playing with him. They wouldn't want to unironically associate with anyone like him, and they only marry guys like his Mark Jefferson headass because it's a "sound business decision". Seriously, why do you think Monica hasn't married this guy after five years?)

This is all confirming earlier suspicions I had of Ron being the weakest link.
We've got some pretty damning evidence for the TI claim.
We have his near-pathological inability to shut the fuck up on Twitter ("I asked him to stop").
We have him perjuring himself in his deposition.
I sure hope he isn't dodging discovery because he was exceptional and actually deleted things.
Can you say "adverse inference?"

Ty asked Ron if he was obsessed with/had a crush on Vic. His lips said "no" but his body language was screaming "YES."
As to something that could fuck him in court, I'm pretty sure Ron lied about his exchange with Chris Slatosch (the KamehaCon guy he texted).
I'd have to find that part of the depo to refresh my memory.
EDIT: Found it. 3:32:00 in part 2. Ty asks Ron if he threatened Chris "with any consequences" if he failed to terminate Vic's Kamehacon appearance. Ron said no.
You could quibble over whether or not Ron's texts explicitly show any threats. But I would argue a reasonable person would see what Ron was doing.

I think he also lied about when he knew about the GFM.
 
It's quite clear that Ron used money and his company to lean heavily on the guy in a sort of really camp version of a mafia boss way making sure somebody does what he says.

He did lie about the GFM. He tried to be snarky and say he found out about it the day before, from Vic's deposition. He wasn't expecting Ty to hit him with his own pimp by using the tweets in which he tries shitting on Vic for having one.

The depositions, from the looks of it, honestly seemed to be for different reasons. As others have said here and there, vics deposition was more for fishing for things to use against him, while rons was to put him in a perjury trap. Meaning almost every question Ty asked, he knew the answer to.

Tuttle Group was absorbed or bought a franchise or whatever from MAM. Soye had The Tuttle Group at Mid America Mortgage on his linkedin and Andy Tuttle is listed on MAM's Dallas Fort Worth page with Soye.

He attempted to distance himself from the act of threatening funding by saying it was days later, but he specifically says that because he hadn't responded and given him a sponsorship pack IN ADDITION to having Vic attend, that he wasn't going to offer the sponsorship anymore. The act of having the funding contingent even in a minor sense on the removal of Vic's invitation and appearance is a threat. So he literally perjured himself in basically that single line of questioning by saying he didn't threaten and then explain explicitly that there was a threat in place regarding Vic's attendance.

For all his smug smiles and thinking he's smart for not remembering anything, he's a massive moron when it actually comes time to framing a situation positively.
