Lemonade seems like the right lawyer to represent somebody like Soye. Both have probably been called betas, soyboys and failures their whole life, so they think being little weasels and insisting on doubling down and being idiots will turn them into alphas. They get ripped to shreds time and time again but they think that if they continue on their paths all those Victoria's Secrets models will start thinking "wow, he never leaves his path once he took the first step, what a champ", instead everybody sees that they are maggots who will continue being maggots.

Vic did good. And Soye basically made a big poopoo in his big boy pants, like the beta he is.

So I think what Lemonhead was trying to do was a mouse trap to get Vic to answer a certain way then to hammer the truth out with bold statements. The problem is that there was nothing to lead him into that so when the trap was set he was just confused. And you want to know why? Vic is telling the truth. "Rekieta...he is the guy with a moustache, right?" That'd be me in deposition but the funny thing is they might not even know if he has a moustache or not which would be awkward. These people tend to hate based on what's spoken about by ear. That's a little detail we tend to forget.

Honestly, I just want to see all these people starve to death on the streets. Their enjoyment in life is making people pure miserable. I mean giving someone hell is one thing as it's temporary but making them miserable is another. Maybe they were delirious and thought this was a temporary thing that could be undone. Sorry, but it can't. It's actually while funny is sickening to think about. These people dedicate their lives to basically trying to shut some Minnesota redneck up. I mean he's not, but it's to give the idea. Why would you want that to be your life accomplishment? I would rather die slipping on soap naked in a bathroom than be known for that.

Also I'm on less due to being a productive member of society. It feels so much better than not having a job. And I get paid.

It's like every single page I go down this deposition Lemoinaids finds a new way to trump his previous scumminess. I just want to hurry up and see Ron and Monica's depositions to cleanse my mind of Lemoinaids' garbage.

How interesting there's all that tasty blank space right where they talk in depth about that TI with contract that definitely didn't happen and they have nothing to hide from about. Why is it they're omitting parts of his deposition that make him look good/them look bad? I thought they had nothing to hide?

Pretty sure that's the "confidential" portions that they talked about prior to the depositions. It's the same for when they take about the specific accusations that were investigated.

Very basically, Lemoine is trying to parse that the TCPA Funimation filed is separate from Monica, Ron and Marchi's portion of the lawsuit - and it would grant them an exemption from the TCPA stay.

He's trying to argue that only Monica, Ron and Marchi get to continue to ask for discovery and BS, while Vic and Funi need to stay because of Funimation's TCPA.

It's a flimsy argument, and looks like an attempt to have a gag-order without actually filing for a gag-order.
