It looks like it's stilll using the exact same nose and jawset from the shitty Thumbs Up/Halloween wolf masks, too.
The tongue is literally just a thinly cut piece of foam that's just superglued glued in.
I remember long ago seeing someone who ended up ripping it completely apart. The fur is all just hot glued to the plastic base, and it rips off so easily.
Not to mention the base is apparently capable of letting off toxic fumes when it gets too hot. Wonder if this one has the same issue.

That's a classic. Same guy who made the confederate flag suit. He used to make a lot of more flashier, weirder ones like that, and even some fairly decent cosplay stuff, before turning to outfits he liked to make to get rises from people.

It looks like fur taken from a low quality sheepskin rug that was doused in petrol.
