I love playing GURPS. After I quit D&D I moved to GURPS and me and my GF even got together due to her playing Munchkin with our college friends years ago. I can't believe I haven't heard a whisper about this event though. I frequent the GURPS subreddit and official forums and occasionally even the discord.

BTW: If Ty is reading this; This case means a hell of a lot to some people like myself. I experienced something like what happened with Vic on a smaller local scale growing up. Moving away was my only option, since I was a kid and couldn't fight accusations from "adults". Get your boot on their throats and push them into the ground. Do not have mercy.

This case is in good hands. We may never recapture those AD&D days, but there are enough of us beat-down Gen-X'er's to make a fucking difference.

Out of the gate?

Jurisdiction and/or venue. Both of which they've satisfied. The reason they can have venue in Tarrant County is because Vic has residence within its borders. They could have filed in Denton, but Tarrant is so super-conservative, they'd be dumb to move it out of there (this answers @JosephTX's earlier inquiry... the filing confirms Vic lives in Tarrant).

Maybe failure to state a claim. But they've stated the claims.

I mean, the big one here is TCPA. They clear that, and they get into the fun stuff.

Ironically I think I am a Gen-Z'er. Just on the edge. Zoom Zoom. I just first had AD&D books cause I was poor growing up and that is what Half Price Books was selling. I ended up becoming a collector of AD&D material though. Love that old art. Better system design too, even THAC0.

Actually, speaking of. Does anyone have any prior feats of BHBH? I know they mostly do the stuff with protecting assets through estates and trusts, but what about litigation records of the past? Does looking backwards on Ty look favorably for this case?

In case anyone missed that, Nick suggested Ron Toye go to Jeanne D'Arc credit union for a loan. That was the name of one of Toye's creditors who had to file papers to get him to pay up.

That he can remember all this and riff off it in real time is quite a talent.
