Oh boy, I hope so. Those people do not put up with these moral puritans. From joking about being "evil" for using male pronouns in the rules of munchkin to saying in GURPS 4th edition Basic Set how during a very realistic campaign the starting point for the strength stat of women should be a point or two lower than that of a man.

I am 100% certain those previous hints were about Sabat. Doesn't necessarily rule out Soye having his own, but my guess is Racket's is legitimately curious and not being sly.
