Tabletop theory.

There's two situations I can think of.

One is some OSD thing where the SJWs are demanding "Nazis" not use Open Source D&D stuff. Don't know mucha bout that.

Another is an old conservative D&D'r who is involved in a resurgence of D&D 1.0 or 2.0 rules. Don't know the specifics, but there are a LOT of dangerhairs in D&D trying to drive him out.
 
I also feel it's important to point out how Ty said the company in question is not nearly as nice as Vic has been against his accusers.

I'm excited.

Because TX is a mass migration state for failed blue state citizens and many of them are the type of idiot that ruined Califor... er, the blue state they left.

i don't know about geek stuff, but BHBH seems to be encountering a wave of SJW themed cases lately. we have vic, todd, and at least one other person now all experiencing the same thing. and we know they see the danger in their behavior, so an unintentional war might be symbolically taken out solely because they're obligated to represent their clients against retards that dont know how to give up. such a wave of slam dunk lawsuits just might turn some heads.

Only thing that give me pause on it being Zak Smith is that he's the sort of person that would consider Nick to be alt-right and probably wouldn't be a viewer of his streams
James Raggi is pretty right leaning though and I think they converse frequently

It's also because they have VERY friendly business laws. Your business could have no profit and if you can prove it, you have no taxes to pay on it.
