Unfortunately, it looks like the last minute filing means documents won't be available until tomorrow.
 
Unfortunately we probably won't know what's in it until at least tomorrow. Nick has to get these on his own dime (Ty actually just directly providing them would vitiate any privilege), and who knows when they'll be not only filed but actually available. I assume he's sending a runner in Tarrant County if online access will be delayed.

I'm wondering if this means the new info was just not worth delaying another day, or whether they rushed like maniacs to get it in just under the wire.

Back on topic, yeah I'm fine with delays as long as it involves furthering Mignona's case and getting that petition well ironed out.
