Nick talked to Beard today, Beard said that new discovery info came in at last minute, suits were prepped to go on Monday New info came in late yesterday, has to be verified and integrated into complaint.

New information / discovery came in at the last minute. The suits were basically ready to go out Monday. The new information came out yesterday. They have to review it, confirm it, add it to the suits, and edit the papers. The petitions were not ready to go out. They signed the petitions and sent them to Ty to review them this evening. They should be filed tomorrow unless something major happens.
