The judge literally read five banker's boxes full of paper in 10 minutes and said nope you're not allowed to even file.
The judge probably looked at a few thought "This can't be serious, it HAS to be fabricated. There is no way someone is that stupid, I'll just ignore this case, yep, that seems better then sitting in a court and hearing someone read EVERY tweet for the jury."

Hey, if it helps nail these assholes who did this to Vic, who can complain.

My only selfish disappointment is that I'm travelling tomorrow and will have about 1000 pages to catch up on with all the predicted meltdowns.

I'm not sure whether there'll be any meltdowns. They'll most likely either continue their "it's going to get dismissed, so I'm not worried" shit or they'll finally take the advice of their counsel and STFU. My money is on the former.

Soye realizing his chance hopped on the table wild-eyed mouth frothing screeches out "YOU'LL READ IT! YOU'LL READ IT ALL! :) OR YOU DON'T HAVE A CASE AGAINST ME! :) I GOT YOU RIGHT IN THE BALLS! :)"

$20 was roughly equal to one ounce of gold from 1793 to 1833, so that would be $1,290.54 today.
The FRA and the bank note screwed us all up. A dollar was one Troy oz. of silver. Given the price of silver today, that $20.00 is worth $299.20.

An ounce of gold then was $14.75 or a ratio of 1:14.75. If you bought an ounce of gold today in silver dollars, it would be $80.75, provided you melted them down first as they are a only 2019 $1 coin if tendered.

They had flat money then but they were either bank notes against what you had in assets or certificates of commodity, namely silver or gold. Commodities vary based on rarity and demand and this includes foods. Manufacturing costs are way lower oranges to oranges than they were then. So dollars, purchasing power and prices of metals diverge and recoverge at differing rates.

I now return you to hour normally scheduled autism. :)

The SJW/NPC phenomena got to the level it has because people in general basically did that every time they pulled some of their SOP idiocy. It seemed so absurd to normal, thinking people that it HAD to be a joke. But it wasn't. And now we have colleges attacking speakers, ANTIFA bike locking political opponents and Silicon Valley trying to control communication in the name of 'Woke."

Meanwhile, on PULL, the seem to be under the impression that lawsuit is rejected same day... and we don't know the way the world works,

Only the smarest of little pumpkins on PULL.

Lol so we are called vickers now?

We should crowdfund giving Vic and Primarch a pair of Vickers Gun display pieces?

Ironically, I called myself a Vickers Machine Gun at one point on Discord when this whole shitstorm went down.

Goddamit, I knew something would go wrong and the hype would misfire. Just had that gut feeling.
Oh well, let's hope tomorrow we'll bring home buckets of milk.

Ironically that's the last name of Whalefamous's much more attractive mother.

I have to laugh. Not only is she a normal SJW idiot, but she 'used her rich girl white privilege' to somehow magically appear in a comic book, bypassing all the poor/struggling/minority comics writers. I wonder how long it will take before they figure that out and reclassify her.

He says the last sentence without the slightest hint of self awareness. Giving updates on possible litigation is indoctrination. But banning anyone who doesn't "believe all victims" isn't. Tomorrow can't come soon enough.

Does anybody know how much Vic was charging for an autograph at KC? I was trying to think about how much money he made over the weekend and how fucked his opposition are if what we believe is true. IIRC Ty talked about Vic signing autographs from ~10am-7.40pm, I also remember others saying something along the lines of 7 hours. A VA told Nick that they typically sign ~100/hr, I'm going to assume that this VA is Vic because those lines we saw make seem popular enough to hold that. Lets say $20 per autograph x 100 signings per hour, that's $2K/hr. Lets say he signed for 7 hours per day of the con, that's $42K and if he was doing ~9h per day that's $54k.

I know that this is a DB specific con with a super popular movie that just came out so that amount might be on the high end, but Vic also voices super popular characters in other anime so he stands to make a ton of money on the convention circuit. 13 conventions cancelled his appearance due to these allegations (with another KC in the UK) the amount of money you stand to lose in a suit is astronomical and adding malice...holy fuck.

You know, it's funny because it's one character away from "nickers". You know, the word edgybois and alt-righters love to use in superchats to get around youtube's word filter... really makes ya think.

It was $50 for a photo/autograph. I think the split was $20 for the autograph. Keep in mind some people get more than one item signed, too.

I heard $50, but I dunno.

It's generally understood that Vic makes a fuckton more money off of cons that he does the actual voice work. That's why getting him back into KC was such a big deal.
