I'm an idiot who clicks first and thinks later. I opened one picture for less than a half of a second and if didn't close it fast enough, I'd barf.
I also read the comments. Their reaction are terrifyingly calm:
"your result looks quite a bit different than mine...guess it's true that each one is unique!"
"Holy crap, I only wish my suture problems were that bad. That's nothing, it's a pebble in the road to GCS recovery."
In other words, according to /r/Transgender_Surgeries this mess is a normal part of asserting your womanhood.

You'd think that dilation would actually make gender dysphoria worse because you're forced to do it like three times a day right after SRS, and you need to dilate for 3 years or so after surgery.
So every time you're shoving a little magic wand into your stink ditch you're being reminded that you're not a true woman because true women don't have to do this.
Of course I've seen some troon refer to this as "playing with herself" before because fetishes. Yeah it's real common for women to vanish into the bathroom for 45 minutes at a time during the workday in order to shove a dildo into herself.

Because they claim Thai surgeons are the best since Transsexuals are part of the culture there. So the techniques are more advanced. But since every surgeon has a different technique only Suporn and Chetawutt seem to do these advanced surgeries since they are the most famous dick butchers.
Some results look slightly better than the US or european versions (but only on the outside, the inside is the same gross stink ditch). But in my opinion they also have the worst results there. Like really horrible shit, way worse than gunshot wounds and lose ballsack skin hanging out of the man-hole.
One of the big problems is that Thai surgeons won't do revision surgery after a certain amount of time. Suporn for example only gives 3 months to visit him again for another dick butchering. Also like in the US no surgeon wants to touch the work of others. So if the stink ditch is a mess - it's basically over.

Some troon got a rectocele after having surgery done by Suporn and he was just like "no no, you vagina fine, no refund. get surgeon in US to fix it" because he that's a really rare complication and he has no idea what to do about it. And so of course no surgeon in the US is really going to touch it (maybe Drs. Crane or Ting would take a crack at it but they're both crazy) so now the troon just has to deal with his rectum intruding into his mancave.
Doesn't really engender much trust in the supposed Lord Jesus of Dick Butchery.
