Just occurred to me, Vic doesn't go to Texas for his voice work, which means there's only going to be 1 or 2 times this so called assault could've happened in the last 5 years or so.
 
Wait, Ms. Soye is actually talking about Nick's rant at that two-hour mark in his grievance and not about anything Ty had to say? Or is he referring to Nick and co. as kids?

I think his brain asploded while writing this.

That is the question. It's privileged with regard to the lawyer whom the complaint is filed against, but this is sworn proof of Toye's ongoing campaign of defamation against Vic, who is not a lawyer in Texas. Is this viable as evidence in Vic's looming lawsuit against Toye? Is it a valid separate cause of action?

Not to Ty Beard. Ty Beard can do whatever he wants with it, including giving it to Nick to make this hilarious video.

What's remarkable is that these brain-dead moron are all over the country. These idiots are destroying lives and livelihoods. These below room temperature I.Q. people somehow have positions of power to hire and fire people. These aren't Machiavellian plans or schemes that would make Xanatos jealous. These are just liars hoping people just believe it...and there are people who have gotten fired for this shit.
