I'm not sure whether to be awed or horrified. Lawyers and Lawsuits referencing us? The Mighty Glogal Force of the New Zealand empire hunting us for thought crime? Are we the Illuminati? Because if we are I was promised there would be a benefits plan, and maybe a snappy uniform?

Yes he can, because of how Texas views Vice Principals in these sorts of things. Sabat is not an employee of Funimation, nor is he a shareholder. But he clearly has hiring and firing powers over their projects and contractors. He has a business that interfaces with Funimation and RT and allows him to exert great influence over them.
