Initially one of the main accusations was Jessie Pridemore said Vic grabbed her hair and said crude jokes to her after she was raped by another VA at a convention. Todd made a post a few days later saying he met a girl at a con, they fooled around, but she wanted something more serious, and posted the text messages from back then and said Jessie was the girl, basically calling her out as a liar.

Admittedly, he said he hated Vic as well, and only outed her to save himself since he knew his ass was going to be next since people were hunting down who the VA who "raped" Jessie was, but this is basically the part in the anime where two enemies team up to take on a greater threat.

I thought Ty Beard was going to be old school lawyer with no interest in geeky hobbies, it seems I was wrong. This chat is pretty entertaining. The lawyers have very good chemistry and very chill. I will be looking forward to them reviewing Phoenix Wright anime.

Eh... I don't have the shit in front of my right now, but basically Pridemore said she and Haberkorn got drunk and he raped her. Haberkorn posted texts on Twitter (since deleted) which suggest it was entirely consensual, and they were in contact with other for a long time afterwards. It's classic "rape by regret."

He deleted the Tweets, but they were screen-shotted and archived. If it's not in this thread, it would be in the "old" one.

Says best edition of wh40k is second edition, first model he ever painted was a 1979 DnD grenadier.

Ty did say he met Todd thanks to Vic. Pridemore has Rial and others to thank for Ty Beard's law firm being hired to tear her a new orifice or two.

I am pretty sure I heard him say he had Todd's permission to make the announcement.
