Given that he's looking directly at the audience, I think he might be addressing the reader and referring to Magi-Chan.

The Dr. wolf person must feel so incredibly uncomfortable right now.

My favorite part is the first panel however, with Christine Sonichu wearing a dainty purse and the arrow that says "Me". As if anyone did not know it was him and how he also is totally a girl.

Chris's Sonichu content is always best when he faces hardships and drama that he feels strongly about.

As such, this is probably the best Sonichu content in ages.
 
20% visuals, 80% text. It's pretty much easier for him to make a novel than comics.

- Can't make comics because of stress
- Twitter blocking makes him stress
- The Comics was fully made about twitter

I believe the 'he' is supposed to refer to Magichan, with the wolf character affirming to the viewers that whatever the fuck Magichan was trying to say was correct.

IIRC, a cartoon is what Chris wanted Sonichu to be all along, being raised by TV for his whole life and all. Chris even wanted to do the voice of Sonichu.

But since he lacks the skill and connections to make animation, he settled for comics.
