I don't think it's necessary to go through the ins and outs of petplay/BDSM shit and the potential for abuse. That's a whole 'nother can of worms. The focus isn't on abuse within those communities, it's specifically on the case of Dylan and his partners.

Anyway, that contract Dylan has his Pets sign is more extreme than usual for BDSM. There's three common safety features missing that are huge redflags immediately, as serious as a gunshot.

The first is the "Lapse", this is the amount of limited time the contract runs, after which it is resigned, renegotiated, or simply canceled. The Second thing is the "Servant's/Slave's Veto" The signer has the right to choose a minor punishment instead of doing something highly dangerous, like an order or punishment given while the contractor is drunk, high on something, or acting stupid as fuck, like back-alley ball injections. No veto in Dylan's contract, which means there's no escape from insane orders. That is the mark of a very dangerous person, and one that USED TO get blacklisted from events and Munches. Have you seen the people that go to a Munch? It proves a need for eugenics.

The third is the "Breach". VERY IMPORTANT. This is behavior on the contractor's part that instantly voids the contract. Stuff like attempted murder, backalley surgery, forced addictive drug usage, bodily mutilation, amputation, injecting unsafe liquids into the blood, all kinds of crazy "way too far" fucking shit.

I agree it's an important part that Dylan's power and rules grant him far too much power and neglect any safeguards or ability to retract consent. It was in reference to the petplay groups and predation upon teenagers/young adults. Unless I'm mistaken, Dylan doesn't have much connection to chat groups like those, and all involved are adults near the same age. The ways in which his dynamic goes directly against what is considered safe, sane, and consensual in his communities is a important topic.
 
Hey everyone - I've been doing research on this for a little while now, as I'm a member of the BDSM community in SF and am hella suspicious around some of the details around this case. I also don't think Dylan is unique, and, that there's a group of people who'd come out supporting him. You've all been doing the Lord's work here, and I hope something productive comes from all of this coming to light.

Anyways, I've been using the Wayback Machine to put together some corroborating details about some of the suspicious things that have happened in this case. However, it seems within the last 2-3 days, www.noodlesandbeef.com has been removed from the Wayback Machine, and all you can find is links to the obituary. I'm a little hesitant to post here in case Dylan and the like are watching and it's just an error on my part, but, does anyone have an archive of Noodles and Beef I can use? I'd be humbled.

Sounds like Dylan didn't wanted anyone else looking on the archives, probably a hidden page. But at this rate everything's out so why bother doing this. Late reaction?
