The absolute most extreme and disgusting fetish I ever heard of was "munging." Here's an account of it -- it's so outre that there's doubt whether anyone has actually practiced it. It may have been just a concept invented by someone trying to think up the most thoroughly revolting sex act imaginable.

Why would people like to see ugly men dressed in cute girls clothes? I could understand if these men at least made themselves look feminine through makeup and such, but dear god they're disgusting and sweaty with hair so greasy you could grill ribs on them.
