There's some potential here, but I am not too hopeful. Russ isn't one to share the spotlight. His plights are his and his alone.

Not to mention he so paranoid about possible trolling he'll probably ignore Lucas on suspicion of laughing at him before it even gets to the sharing of plights.

I’ve heard him mentioned, but didn’t know this story. Amazing.

If we’ve learned anything from Russ, it’s that these people will never admit it was creepy. Russ has said before he politely asked a girl out and acted like a gentleman, and then the messages surface of him freaking out when politely rejected. I think it’s safe to assume the same happened here and the note was absolutely fucking creepy.

As a disabled person I can say you can use me as your friend for the purpose of laying into Russ. Don't ask to crash on my couch though.
The whole "President can amend laws" idiocy is probably a misunderstanding of what executive orders are. Executive orders aren't laws. They are statements explaining how the executive branch will go about enforcing a particular law. It can't exercise authority that the legislative branch (Congress, in this case) hasn't given it.

Wait, so where is this photo taken? I thought he was working at a real estate office. This looks like a hospital, old folks home, or something industrial. I can’t read any of the signs. Is he stepping into an elevator?

He’s got orange on, which I’m guessing is janitorial clothing. It almost looks like scrubs.

That doesn’t look like a real estate office, and he’s definitely not a “document processor” or whatever.

I think it's a bus, based on the windows and the strap on the upper left.

ETA it's definitely a bus. the sign on the right says "keep feet off seats"
