I bet Chris is relieved, he thought he was going to run out of saliva forever after giving all those BJs to avoid charges.

The court probably knows how to use google.
Or, they just look up his ID and see a greasy haired tranny with a rap sheet bigger than his waist line. If I knew nothing about Chris and just saw his ID, I would think he ate babies.

An interesting implication here is that the choice was either this or jail time, meaning he isn't going to skate with fines anymore and he's DAMN lucky that this was introduced this year.

It also sounds like there's constant reports back to the judge and Chris isn't going to be able to sleep through this. Chris might actually be able to get some movement on the Wise and Boyde thing, if he brings up that he only trespassed because he was being extorted into buying gifts for them.

This might be interesting.
If the court already declared him mentally ill, I don't see why he should hold back on revealing his actual mental illnesses.

Ego. Chris had to be tricked into revealing he was tricked. He'll talk about ponyland all day, but not so much about hitting himself to save a cartoon wife.

The article really makes this sound like this is streamlined to deal with truly mentally ill people, with the stakes being there freedom. He'll have to make actual personal strides and not just coast by on sob stories about momma to people that are at best bachelor degree child therapists.

All I'm saying is this will be way more interesting than Chris begging for $350 to cover a fine and promptly getting it from a sympathetic pay pig.

This will piss Chris off more than any fine, they are taking away precious toy and cartoon time as well as publicly outing him as mental.

It's "a sentencing alternative to traditional probation for offenders with serious mental illness." It says a typical term is about 12 months, which explains why there are so many continuances. Here's the graduation description:
Get Out of Jail Free "serious mental illness edition" card? And a handshake from the judge!
The only thing that could throw a monkey wrench into this is if Judge Graduon punks him during the hand shake and goes "HA HA JUST KIDDING YOU'RE SENTENCED TO 3 MONTHS"

Hard not to feel entitled when people keep giving you good stuff when you do bad shit.
That's the fucking kicker. He bragged about it.

"Weeeell.. Would you look at my crime prize.. Think I'll take the little lady out on a date.. Step aside! Severely mentally ill coming through!"

There already exists a program that teaches tards which behavior is unacceptable. It's called prison.

I'd be mad if I was paying taxes in Virginia that went to tard coddling. Chris will learn that every misbehavior would result in a handshake and free flower.

....the last fucking movie he needed to watch.....ever.. is "Christopher mother fucking Robin"

He probably thinks its his own, actual, god damn biopic, with slight autistic license taken with the names. :cryblood:

Oh god yeah. Your imaginary childhood friends are real and will totally help you out as an adult as long as you embrace your imaginaaation! Talk to them openly!

LOL the 1st thing that came to mind when I read that he will get a handshake from the Judge.. is his chimp-out at his high school graduation. :story:

Never say that life doesn't give you do-overs. :story:

So you break the law and the court hands out free movie tickets and year long therapy?

Man, Chris really has the Devil's luck whether he wants it or not

That's if the funding is there to back it up. There are some similar diversion programmes here but there's not enough funding to provide the level of supervision and support they should be providing so they're a bit of a joke in terms of what offenders actually do. The same problem exists with probation and parole and a lot of people end up exiting early because they resources just aren't there to supervise them for the period they're supposed to be under supervision.

You guys gotta look at the Longview. This is going to be the gift that keeps on giving. Now Chris's Twitter trolls can trigger him with "If I were you I'd block Chris, he was declared severely mentally ill..".

If the court already declared him mentally ill, I don't see why he should hold back on revealing his actual mental illnesses.
Chances are they consider his autism 'Severe mental illness', and he didn't need to bother revealing anything else, like what /actually/ makes him fucking nuts.

At this point, i dont even know if Chris is the lolz giver that always gives, or the burden to society that only takes.

Jesus Christ... handshake from the judge! Fuck. I almost choked to death on my own phlegm from laughing.

I'm starting to wonder if we're living in Stranger Than Fiction and Chris is writing this story.

Does this mean we'll be seeing 'continuance' for the next six months or so, until this little 'be nice to the 'tards, maybe they'll stop misbehaving' stuff is over? I think someone said earlier in the thread that it's a year-long programme. Are the scheduled court dates part of the 'treatment'? I assumed so, if you get a handshake from the judge at the end of it.

Interesting that it's used as an alternative to jail time, though. Perhaps Chris isn't going to get away with everything scot free in future, although potential jail time for trespassing seems a bit harsh.

I wonder if Chris realises how lucky he is that this scheme has recently been set up? Or whether he's complaining because it takes up important toy-buying and alternate universe traversing time.

Oh wow, Chris is going to have another graduation :story:
Think he'll break out the Honor Roll sash for this one too?

By the way...

@Marvin, didn't you say Chris was smoking pot with his brony admirers? This could get interesting.
