You seem to be missing the point about this information we are discussing was put publicly online. If "discussing people without their knowledge" led to sites closing down Reddit would be long fucking gone, but here we are.
Freely discussing and criticizing something presented to us, that's called freedom of speech. It's something I have because *cue patriotic music* I'm an American.

I don't think you understand how the Internet works.
The forums database (precisely) occupy 1497.18827057 MiB of space. This is about 1.5gigs. Very small, I can download the whole thing in (literally) 5 minutes.
I can share this with anyone I want. I have a recent copy on my phone, on my Google account, and on my computer.
Even if you took an industrial magnet to the server's physical box, my phone, and my computer, you would not be able to tell Google enough information to remove it from my drive.
Even if you legally seized CWCKIFORUMS.COM, it's possible to host the content on another domain. A domain name costs only $10.
Even if you murdered me, KatsuKitty is capable of downloading and replicating the information in, again, about 5 minutes.
The forums aren't going away. Maybe try a diplomatic option?
