The only time I actually see the mythical "white male entitlement" that SJWs keep harping on about is when I see a troon. It's been said many times, but maybe, just maybe, the reason they see all this entitlement is because of the males (or troons) they surround themselves with? He's from Maine. I think he's still living there. A month or two ago he had to flee his apartment when a dude from the building became obsessed with him! It was horrible. He went to Mass. No idea if he's gone back. He still lists Maine in his profiles on the "journalism" sites he writes for. I just assume none of that happened and he's still living in OOB.
The court is not going to tell someone they can't date or have their kid around strangers. If child endangerment becomes an issue they'll just take the kids.

I've seen it ordered before IRL as a type of restraining order because a respondent kept bringing dangerous men into the home. Family court has almost no rules compared to every other court.

I knew you could get it against people the parent lived with or was in a relationship with, but I had no idea they could do it blanket like that. Pretty fucked up in my opinion. They should just take the kids. The parent obviously doesn't give enough of a shit about them.

I’ve seen it done too usually when the parent puts getting laid or their newest relationship as far more important than the safety of the child. Lots of kids get abused and molested due to a terrible parent’s constant pursuit of a new love. Hell it seems like 90% of shaken baby death cases I read about are thanks to some boyfriend (not the father) left alone with the baby.
The problem usually lies with bringing strange or new men into the home, which Kate has a penchant for doing.

It may vary by state. Sometimes such restrictions have no criminal consequences but a violation of the order can profoundly effect visitation\parental rights. A parent can often appeal but that moves into an area that requires a lot more effort and money than routine family court.

And you can typically count on anyone bringing home methhead Curt, Chester molester or cock thirsty low lifes from Grinder to meet little Susie or Johnny don’t have the funds to hire a lawyer to appeal such an order.
I’m sure Kate introduces her kids to an array of mentally ill troons and tranny chasers in the belief they are all perfectly wonderful SJW comrades. Kyle constantly praises and defends sexworkers so I wonder if she’s a-ok with tranny whores meeting and playing with her kids? I’m sure nothing could go wrong there.
I’m hoping what’s keeping these kids from seeing a horrifying amount of degeneracy is Kyle’s fear of what the kids will go home and tell their mother about. It at least might prevent his kids from having three different tranny hookers they are forced to call “Auntie” and tell them how beautiful they look in six inch heels, fishnets, dog collars and push-up bras.

The admission that his couch surfer was suffering a mental breakdown at the same time as Kyle was an especially stupid thing to admit. I would imagine Kyle's ex wife really got her self esteem ground down to nothing by their marriage, but she might find her ovaries and do something someday. Or maybe he will do something outrageous that forces her hand. Trying to force the kids to call him mom doesn't bode well.

Except if you READ the story, you find quickly that nobody "put" the victim in a man's space. The victim in this case had two shelters to go to after getting thrown out of an ex's place. One was a women's shelter that accepts transwomen, the other was a men's shelter. The victim decided on the MEN'S shelter (even knowing assaults happened there) because women make fun of transexuals at the women's shelter. This obviously doesn't make the assault the victim's fault but it render's Burns' argument entirely irrelevant since the victim had the option to go to a women's shelter and did not take it.
When Burns gets called out on the bullshit narrative he's spinning, he pretends that the person criticizing him is blaming the victim for the assault:

According to troons the woman escaping the streets, after a childhood of being molested by men and then beaten by boyfriends, is a TERF simply because she fears sleeping next to an big hairy dude in a dress. Probably not, rewire is just a non-profit and besides the admin staff and editor they had no full time staff-reporters as of 2016. They are basically a group with five employees and an endowment of 3 mil to run off based on their tax filings.
The sad part, to me, is a lot of their focus is on pro-choice and women’s reproductive health and for SJW cred they hired a (totally unqualified) man. A man who will never have to worry about any of those issues they focus on. I just think how troons scream about non-trans ppl writing about their struggles or experiences yet they give zero fucks doing the same to women. Their insistence at inserting themselves into such causes and jobs is really gross.
But really it’s just a small non-profit policy group attempting to combat right wing stuff with their own political slant on the news and some contend. It’s by no means an organization of any note or importance and Kate thinking she now has a “beat” - as if a non-profit with five employees has news desks around the globe - is laughable. Her “beat” is the damn mission statement of the wanna-be content mill.
I do look forward to the inevitable drama when Kate gets triggered by writing about pregnancy/abortion issues, because only some women have uteruses and vaginas and not focusing on women with dicks and testicles triggers him. The SJW language absurdity tornado he will bring to this dinky non-profit will be hilarious.

That organization has specifically witch-hunted all the "TERFs," aka people who think maybe men in dresses aren't super qualified to be talking about women's reproductive rights, out of their organization.
