No one is going to hire this idiot, it will take just one in-person interview or phone call and people will reject him. He’s nuts and any hiring manager with half a brain would spot the warning signs and red flags.

Exactly. Serving as an unpaid 'board member' for a no-name charity or other NGO is slightly less impressive than being an intern. At least if you're an intern you are probably expected to go to work on time and not piss yourself constantly.

Employers know what resume padding looks like. Fuck, with most people 'padding' is not a double-entendre but I can't say that for Awex.
