What is the Wogglebug's sexual orientation?

I had never heard of the Wogglebug before this thread and my first impression was that his original character illustrations (from the Oz books) were rather cute.

After reading through everything though I must say that he now terrifies me. Especially how he looks in the animated shorts - truly nightmare fuel.

Wogthulhu waits dreaming.

Found the pricing and hiring details for wogglebug's voice actor. For someone who's literally only had two other voice acting jobs besides the wogglebug in his entire life, his rates are a bit steep.

Damn, he could just tell her to make an audiobook and he will have enough cash to earn himself a small vacation.
Wogglebuglover is not right in the head and you can tell she is autostoc by hearing her voice. I hope he is not some asshole just making anoying voices and then demanding a few hundred dollars.

A lot of professional voice actors HATE that voices123 site, and voices.com. Virtually ANYONE with a credit card can set up an account, and it saturates the market with "professionals" asking professional money.

This whole thing creeped me the fuck out. I read this thread last night before bed, when I woke up I thought it was a dream because it was so weird but apparently it's real. Damn internet.

I think he is, sadly. I found this looking back into the thread:
I'm pleased to inform you the voice he gives Wogglebug is an invention of his. He has a nickname of "the guy with a thousand voices" and it's the truth! I've heard what his "natural" speaking voice sounds like. It is a sort of voice totally ideal for American radio narration and reporting. Which is no wonder he's so multi-talented in his abilities to alter his voice. And that is why he will be doing audiobook versions of both my picture books and my novels. And with the novels narrating in his natural speaking voice.[/QUOTE]

Well hey, it's an honest living to take money off of the clinically insane who have sexual obsessions with a creepy cockroach-man. She opened that can of worms. Or roaches.

Man, she's getting fleeced hardcore. I kinda feel bad for her.
A part of me does too. On the other hand, though, she refuses to take any advice or any sort of help from people because she thinks she's picked the right voice for the job (when clearly he's not). I'm not saying she deserves to be ripped off, but it's what she gets if she doesn't want to listen to people or take constructive criticism.

Something tells me that the Man of 1000 Voices is only a part of this.

I poked around IMDB, and found this lady - who apparently does the animation work on WBL's two upcoming films.

She's previously worked with Poshard to create a machinima based on a story he wrote.

There's an interview with her here.

This yellow brick road is long.

I hope she comes back to the thread and has an epiphany, but that doesn't seem likely to happen. She's so defensive of her ideas and designs. She's going to have a tough time making her project succeed if she can't take constructive criticism. You can't grow as an artist if you close yourself off to outside ideas and suggestions.

I wonder how much (if any) research she did before hiring him.
