Remember that the reason why paypal has so many rules and how your shit randomly gets frozen over $50, in the first place, is because of jeets. Whenever you have to do something stupid on a website or any payment system or go through 10,000 different checks just to withdraw $50, it is because of jeets, they brute-force-fucked the website and now they have to have one massive set of rules for everyone, so it is like you are a jeet now.

except he told me all of this over email and not in the paypal case i opened, so as far as paypal is concerned he's just ignoring my dispute. escalated it to paypal this morning including the chatlogs we had and the contract he signed under a fake name and what i later found out to be a fake fucking address.

You didn't do this so good on you, but FYI for everyone else who doesn't use paypal: What jeets are trying to do when they say this is make you wait past the dispute date. Paypal's time window to open a dispute is quite generous, but the longer you wait the less chance you have.
