This is very likely a fake screenshot. Firstly, the obvious is that there is no link to an archived post in question and according to said archives, this post does not exist. There's no results on archive.org, archive.today, or GhostArchive. So it's safe to assume that this image is both fake and gay like lolicons are as usual. The timestamps respectively are 7:56am for the first post, and 12:08pm for the second. As you can see, there is a decently large discrepancy from what the lolicons are saying, in both time and content. There are several options here.

As much as I dislike these people and their tendency to dig old shit up then lie about it, there might be something here. Internet Anarchist is a Thai sexpat who said a bunch of sussy stuff in the Thailand discord then deleted it all when some faggot redditor started a-logging him and basically gave away he was making an exposed video before he was even done collecting screenshots. Dude talked about watching a Pingpong show, and going to a massage parlor which let's be real, you're only going to for the a happy ending.
