Wouldn't be surprised at all if it was another Quartering alt. He's very well known to have multiple alts on every platform and also for using those alts to signalboost or reply to himself. He has very, very few dedicated ballwashers and basically no organic support. Most of his couple dozen regular livestream viewers are low investment boomers.
