I also think this has been a long time coming. Quartering has been around forever and was inches away from getting smacked in the face many times. Everybody always side-eyed him before some other fuckup was more entertaining so he could slink off but now all the other fuckups are dormant and everyone realizes how easy it is to kick Jer in the head.
