A cross-dressing “tenant from hell” has terrorized a Bronx apartment building by wildly waving around weapons, masturbating in a hallway and almost causing a catastrophe when he turned on all his gas burners, according to footage and neighbors.
The off-the-rails renter apparently wears an array of wigs when harassing neighbors and hasn’t paid rent in more than a year at the East 214th Street building in the Williamsbridge section of the Bronx, according to the building management company and apartment residents.
But management can’t give him the boot just yet as building residents live in fear.

“The blonde wig, he messes with me. The pink wig, he messes with the guy on the second floor. The red wig, he messes with the third floor,” tenant Leonia Clemente, 44, told The Post.
“Depending on what wig he has on, it’s who he messes with…He has different personalities. It’s multiple personalities.”
One disturbing video captured through a peephole and obtained by The Post shows the 28-year-old renter, Anthony Orozco, banging on the door with a hatchet while wearing a tight black dress.
Neighbors filmed him being taken from the building by cops while wearing the black dress and a blonde wig.

The NYPD confirmed the arrest and said Orozco was charged with menacing. He pleaded not guilty, court records show.
Another shocking clip shows him touching himself inappropriately in the hallway while more footage shows him with only underwear with his butt hanging out on the common area.
He also has lurked in the halls with a knife and knocking on doors, footage first obtained by News 12 shows.
“We have the tenant from hell,” said Clemente. “He drives us crazy, he harasses us. He does a lot. He does a lot of crazy things.”

He turned on all four stove burners inside his apartment without lighting them, causing gas to fill the apartment on April 4, a manager for Metro Landmark Realty told The Post over the phone.
“He was sitting there smoking cigarettes under this gas. The whole area was gassed down. So what was he trying to do, blow up everybody in the building?” said neighbor Alexandra Reina, 51.

“We are just asking for someone to come and get him out of here and get him some help and put him in the hospital,” she added.
As a result, all the gas was for the building has been turned off for a month after the FDNY reached the scene, according to Metro Landmark Realty.
The management company said Orozco last paid rent in Dec. 2024, and seeking his eviction since June, but the case remains in housing court.

“Something had to be done. They have to help this man because he’s going to hurt someone or someone is going to hurt him,” Reina said.
“Before it gets like that, take care of the situation and the problem we have there.”
Orozco was arrested twice last month over more alleged erratic behavior.

On April 13, Orozco allegedly broke a camera on a front door of an apartment with a stick. He was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, cops said.
Then on April 29, he was swinging a metal rail at a 44-year-old female in front of her apartment, police said. He was arrested again and charged with menacing.
He’s pleaded not guilty to all charges, court records show.
Orozco threatened to call the cops when a Post reporter approached his door after claiming he wasn’t home. He told a Spanish television station reporter he would only do an interview for $5,000.
Calls to two lawyers in his criminal cases were not returned Thursday.
