As others pointed out:

I've had a morbid curiosity for a while now about what exactly it would take to make Raxx look "normal" or at least as close to it as possible.

First things first, they'd have to remove all of his teeth and likely gums as well.
Ideally in his oral situation braces would be installed and a spacer would be put on the roof of his mouth to widen and fix his palate, but his teeth wouldn't even be useful enough as temporary anchor points, so he'd likely need a full palate widenening surgery to fix that.

After the surgery ideally he could have some dental implants installed directly in to the bone that can then be used to re-align his jaw and get rid of his overbite.

From there, I'm not sure if his eye could be fixed with Strabismus surgery, but at the very least it might make it align straight for a more natural look rather than fucking off to the side like it currently does.

For his hair there aren't likely any follicles left on that open wound he calls a scalp, so hair regrowth treatments are a no go, and honestly I doubt he has enough hair on the rest of his head for a hair transplant so that's not happening either.
Best thing he can do is buzz the rest of it off and let the scabs heal.

Once all of that is done his best bet is to just put on 30 pounds of mass and then maybe he'd actually resemble something somewhat human.

I choose to believe that cyraxx has been AI the entire time and hes not a real person, all of is too far fetched, he was CGI motion capture for a while then when ai came around his videos where just AI slop. The few times people have seen him outside are obviously a hired midget in a rubber suit.
