I've been looking into properties in the mid west and 400K sounds nuts for 10 acres. 40k an acre is higher than most of the properties I've looked at in Florida even.

This happens to a lot of people when they get a sudden influx of cash. Tney spend far too much or over-extend their business. Jeremy did both.

That why people who win 10 million on a lottery often squander the entire thing in a few years. They buy things that are super expensive and expensive to maintain.
He could have had a nice upper middle class lifestyle and not had to work a day in his life.

I've been giving it some genuine thought and being that Jer has had no legitimate qualms with having his wife in his content, at the start of this, had he just done a video together with her saying:

"My husband and I are faithful to one another and no one else. I know he says a lot of stupid shit and I know hes probably gone too far in the past but I knew he was a social retard when I married him, faults and all. I love him even when he does stupid shit and I'm not his mommy nor would I ever want to be. Now buy some Coffee Brand Coffee."

And Jer hadnt flagged, he could probably escaped any permanent consequences.

I still think people are making a massive assumption regarding Jeremy's actual connections with YouTube and it should be assumed he's full of shit and is just reporting things manually like the coward he is until actual proof comes out.

I think the belief comes from the way the channels were deleted. I believe it was not the standard way a channel goes down after being flagged/reported.
