Also lol as a man you're better off tolerating (and carefully monitoring, natch) your woman having male friends around, because the alternative is allowing her to have female friends who will all work actively to program her against you, encourage her to cheat on you, and give her advice on how to rob you blind when she leaves you.

You can firmly establish (and enforce) behavioral limits with "male friends" in the form "if you so much as touch her, I will beat you until dead" and expect it to be maintained. Men won't respect your marriage (they never do anyway) but the simple knowledge that you're paying close attention and willing to hurt them badly for misbehavior is enough to convince them to try to spread open some other women's thighs instead.

No gaggle of clucking hens will ever obey or respect your wishes re: your woman's behavior, relationship, or friendships. You can trust your partner. You should never trust her associates. Trusting her to make good choices and stay faithful is healthy. Trusting her associates not to try to bend her to their will (and over the back of their couch) is not.

It is still always worth wondering (aloud if needed) why your woman feels compelled to spend so much time in the company of other men in the first place though. One or two "male friends" in the shared friends circle is one thing, but if there's a dozen men nosing around all the time (especially in your absence), there's probably a reason and it's probably not good for you.
