the hackneyed "IVDEA DELENDA EST" in the last panel makes it probably a pagan antichristian meme. Alternatively the first two panels could be read as a medievalist vs. classicist bit but then wtf is Auschwitz doing on the christian/medievalist side in the third? And putting Hadrian as a "better antisemite" than Hitler is questionable IMO. Hadrian did it out of necessity I don't think he really seethed about Jews that much; Hitler was in it for the love of the game (jk tho they forced his hand RIP to the big one). Maybe this guy just watched that famous clip of a youtube video about the Bar Kokhba revolt and got grok to make him a meme about it.

The only way a skinwalker could look exactly like you is if it was literally wearing your skin, at which point you wouldn't be. When people encode visuals in audio (to be visible in a spectrogram) they usually do it in the high frequency bands because that's where it's less likely to sound like shit
Basically, encoded images sound like complete shit most of the time, that's why you don't want anyone to hear it
