You just have to understand Constitutional Law and apply it appropriately
nah bro, you need 51 senile senators (but i repeat myself IYKYK). that's all. the consitution just says that the president may nominate a justice of the supreme court and that the Senate must confirm. Trump could pull a Caligula and name a horse to the court and if it got 51 votes, that horse would be on SCOTUS

It's called sarcasm. I know it's hard to read when it's text, but he's consistently sarcastic with posts like these.
No sarcasm there, what i said was correct chud
I know he is, I’m just taking the piss here. I’m seriously hoping faggotcoin doesn’t exist.
side stepping the issue is pretty gay sister.

Apparently a debate for the california gov candidates is happeing rn?

To be fair, being SCOTUS really doesn't need you to be a judge or have that sort of experience. You just have to understand Constitutional Law and apply it appropriately. Literally anyone with a decent grasp of legal theory could do it. The issue is literally just ideologues ignoring what's actually said in order to push either financial or special interests. See DEI in schools for example, their argument boiled down to it not being explicitly legal but lol lmao gotta get browns into higher education somehow and then putting on a "hope racism can be fixed in the future! :)" at the end as a tease before a better SCOTUS took a look at it and completely dismantled the reasoning.
Obama set a nice recent precedent with Kagan.

She also had no judicial experience.

It's not just the Pope who's a cuck
Wait, why are we even discussing this mailbox shit, just because someone said "lol this guys a bigger cuck than the pope :smug:"? This is niggercaca shit nobody cares about.
I'm enjoying some of the discourse around it.

The Mailbox Test, like the breakfast test, is an excellent way to tell who you can allow to wield power in your society.

Goes like this:

If someone is hurt trying to destroy someone else's stuff in order to take pleasure from their pain, do you sympathize with...

The aggressor because he got hurt?

Or with the guy who owns the stuff, because he wasn't the aggressor?

You can have people in your society who fail the Mailbox Test. That's okay... they can work at hospices, or shelters for orphaned kittens, or something.

But you cannot allow them to vote, or otherwise wield political power. Because if you do, they will open the gates of the city to the enemy.

I am personally tired of everyone pretending that people who enjoy ruining things for random strangers are just kewt smol beans who are only aggressive because of all the complex socioeconomic factors and lack of resources.

They knew someone would be hurt by what they did. They knew that someone had done literally nothing harmful to them. And those two ideas, in combination made them feel pleasure. And they went and did it.

That is the sign of a rotten soul.

Defending ourselves and our property is not just a right, it's a moral obligation. Otherwise, we just kick the can down the road for someone else to deal with, someone who may not be able to defend herself.

I don't care if a vandal breaks his arms trying to destroy my stuff. Because I value my stuff more than a vandal's arms. And the fact that he tried to destroy somebody else's stuff shows that he, too, values his arms less than the opportunity to hurt somebody.

We cannot allow such people inside the city, and we cannot give the keys to those who would open the gates for them.

The hidden factor in this kind of dialectic, is that there are people who do not think you have the agency to determine what the vandal destroying your stuff deserves, but they, an unaffected person does based on their ideology.
Your reality, your ability to act, your authority over your own property is worth less to them than their belief system.
That's the problem with giving them power over you. They assume they should have it. So invariably, the vandal ends up having equity in an exchange where they did nothing but destroy and/or steal, etc.
This is the problem with "harm" and "victimhood" being a projection onto someone's personal ethics.
To this person a vandal is not an individual, but part of a system. Their choice is excused based on what conditions are around them.

Underneath all of this is the idea that a living, breathing person is worth less than someones ideas. And that ideological person thinking this is the most dangerous person in the room, because they've already dehumanized everyone.

So what's the bone spurs shit from?
Even if he was 18, bone spurs would disqualify him.

Bone spurs get you put out of the military, espcially knee, feet, hip, spine, or shoulder.
David Scott just died.
He was a Democrat Representative for Georgia's 13th Congressional District.
80 fucking years old.

Goddamn, I hate Boomers so much.

Please let Roberts have to step down.

That should would be hilarious.

Now we know why Roberts always votes with the Dems.

Now if they can just get rid of Justice Shaneeqa and the Wise Latina.

So many things dq you from service. Flat feet got a few guys in my group when I went through MEPS. The Psych eval was brutal as well.

Something people often overlook, tons of reasons folks get disqualified. I went through in the 90s, I don't know if the list has changed much or not.

On topic here, the draft was a bit more open, but bone spurs are 100 percent a reason to get bounced.
