the only reason Lena got hired was because Jeb and Microsoft wanted to spite le the evil wight wingy transphobix Notch, i think. you can tell by the quality of the music.

it's honestly not bad, its okay (like really okay), but it largely pails in comparison to the original compositions in every regard. they aren't memorable at all for the most part, honestly no one would talk about them if it wasnt Lena the Minecraft TGirl making them.

FL Studio ruined electronic music. TrackerBVLLs and spergARYANs that mess around with a bunch of knobs and drum machines and other physical hardware don't make stuff like this.

Lena's music was good in Celeste and Pigstep is a pretty cool song, I'll give him that. Everything else can go right to the garbage. I used to think of Lena as one of the good ones in terms of music creation but more and more I think Celeste was just a "wrong clock is right twice a day" kind of deal with how boring everything else he's made is. It's embarrassing that Microsoft ever thought they'd be able to replace the work of our blue-eyed German aryan king C418, no one gives a fuck about Lena Raine's contributions to the Minecraft outside of Redditor music/video game nerd circles.
