I'm 95% sure this isn't what Kojima/Snake meant, altho with the former, you never know. MGS4 is the game with a robot chicken that moos, so a robot controlled like this wouldn't be out of place(especially with the cringy backstories the female bosses have).

Reminder that Pixiv has (or at least had in mid 2024, I have not touched the site since and will not double check) a "Pedo" tag. This tag was distinct from the "Loli" tag, and it was specifically for 3d renderings of young girls.
At the same time they had a premium subscription option which payment processors were happy to help with.
 
Meiwaku was a power user of the site for over 5 years and apparently, at the time of her banning, over half of her total posts were made in the Fishtank thread within the last month. Did she have some kind of manic psychotic episode and this ginger Muslim samurai cowboy was a catalyst?

She made almost 4000 posts in the thread, accounting for around 10% of all posts for the entire Fishtank season

I did not realize this. Yesterday in sneedchat after seeing her STILL GOIN’ on twitter I theorized that she’s having a manic episode of some kind. Some people were chalking it up to sunk cost, but after reading this I think the mania theory is looking more likely.
