It's been another not so very good day for our favorite Jew judge Jeb Boasberg.

When we last left off Old Jeb had been ordered by the DC Supreme Court to explain his actions vis a vis ignoring the SCOTUS order by continuing to investigate the Trump Administration's use of it's powers to extradite the collected gang-bangers to El Salvador. You'll remember his "turn those planes around now" order and his "failure to follow my courts orders is nothing short of criminal contempt of court".
You'll also remember how he went ahead and appointed a Special Prosecutor to investigate the Trump DoJ team for "ignoring a totally legit court order" and how he demanded many high level DoJ officials to present themselves in his courtroom to answer for it. He issued some very wide ranging subpoena's and authorized his court's agents to "aggressively use them to get to the bottom of exactly who gave the order to not turn the planes around". All in the hope that it was Trump and he could then haul Trump into his court, lecture him, call him smelly and jail him for contempt like he should have been back in 2025.
Welp the SCOTUS told him that he lacked the power to purse such actions as the Executive Office is deserving of due deference from the Judiciary in matters of State and to basically STFU and sit down. But old Jeb did not STFU, in fact he launched his heavy handed, intrusive investigation into the Trump DoJ. Even after the DC Supreme Court told him to shut that shit down and reversed his subpoena's to the Head of the DoJ,
But even that didn't slow Old Jeb he continued to assert that he held "the full power of the enforcement of contempt within the confines of his court" and started throwing out more subpoena's and court orders demanding that Trump Officials show up in his court room as well as ordering the return of all the gang-bangers from CECOT so that they might be given "due process" before him, before he would allow anyone to be deported.
Well, the DC Supreme Court wasn't too please about all this shit. After being told to knock it off 3 times Old Jewboy Jeb showed no intention of slowing down his legal assault, determined to see Trump in jail at any cost, and was starting to make the DC circuit looking stupid..well more stupid. So the DC Supreme Court issues an order for Old Jeb to explain himself back in January of 2026 and having no choice old Jeb submitted his legal response to the DC Chief Judge.

On Tuesday, two Trump appointees to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit blocked U.S. District Judge James Boasberg from proceeding with his effort to decide whether to hold any members of the Trump administration in criminal contempt for their March 15, 2025 actions relating to President Donald Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798.
In all, it was the fourth time in the past year that two Trump appointees on the 11-judge appeals court have stopped the district court judge’s efforts to determine whether criminal contempt is appropriate in the case.
“The district court’s improper and unnecessary investigation, with its shifting scope and justification, intrudes upon the Executive in a manner for which mandamus is the only adequate remedy,“ Judge Neomi Rao wrote for the court.
Tuesday’s ruling from Rao, joined by Judge Justin Walker, came 13 months after Trump on March 14, 2025 secretly signed an order invoking the 1798 law — which had previously only been invoked in wartime — to try and quickly deport Venezuelans the administration had decided belonged to Tren de Aragua (TdA), a Venezuelan gang.
Now of course the lone female judge on the panel, who just so happens to be a vocal democrat and be appoint by everyone's favorite pedophile POTUS Joe Biden, issued a "scathing dissent" which amounted to "oh but won't someone think of the poor poor rapists, drug dealer and child traffickers that Trump is deporting!"
The majority emphatically proclaims [mandamus] is necessary because the district court is a runaway train for investigating contempt. This is a distraction. At its core, the majority’s analysis declares today that there can be no crime if an order violated was not one perfectly written, rather than determine if one was perfectly understood. Such an approach is unsound. “Now, any litigant can argue, based on their preferred interpretation of a court’s order, that they did not commit contempt before contempt findings are even made,” she wrote. “And now, in any challenge where one may wave the wand of separation of powers, the Government knows it can petition this court for mandamus to relieve it from such proceedings.“
wah wah wah Trump Bad, by not giving these criminal non-citizen the exact same treatment that US citizens are entitled too Trump is showing his contempt for the Judiciary and should go to jail because he's a big mean doo-doo head!
So in the long run what will happen? Nothing.
Jeb has been officially sanctioned and reprimanded, the case is now closed but I doubt that will stop him. He and his DNC masters will surely come up with another avenue of attack while Old Jeb appeals the decisions and reprimand. Nothing will stop Jewboy Jeb from attacking Trump as it's 100% personal now, even if Trump is barely aware Jeb even exists. The only thing that will put a stop to traitorous Judges like the Jew Jeb Boasberg is getting impeached and kicked off the bench but only Congress can do that and Congress can't or won't do anything,
like anything, besides collect bribes and fuck interns while the US burns.
Oh well, at least it's...something.
