Is he even licensed and practicing? Don’t you have to be under the care of someone to write a note like that? Just seems crazy to me, I don’t know of any sane physician that would write a letter for a friend to get out of going to court.
Dr. Steve is a real medical doctor. He rose to fame as a guest on the Opie and Anthony and Ron and Fez radio shows, notoriously going on and on about "fluids" during his segments. He started his own radio show "Weird Medicine" back in 2007 and it ran in various formats until a couple years ago.

I am admittedly out of touch with dabble-goings-on, but last I heard he was still active, although semi-retired from his main practice and only working part time in hospice care.

TBH he always seemed like a decent guy, if a little too desperate to be part of the scene, and befriend all of the Dabbleverse fake shock-jock retards. A star-fucker of incredibly limited ambition. But, as a result, he is the one guy who pretty much all of the various petty factions of dabblers like and will defend, even as they tear into each other for the entertainment of 12 viewers.

For example, when Stuttering John tried to go after Steve like 3 or 4 years ago, the response from the entire scene was apoplectic, like he'd kicked a puppy to death. It got to the point that even wet-brained John took the hint and just stopped talking about him altogether.

This Dr Steve guy...did we just find the guy who could be writing scripts for Nick? Not sure how it works getting pill scripts from an out of state Dr.
I can see him writing Melton's Dr. notes. It's sketchy, but they have had a multiple-year working relationship with Hackamania and the various shows involved. He also freaked out about HIPPA when Rocco was explaining how Aaron was describing the note in court, so it's probably true.

However, as far as I can tell, he is barely aware of Nick outside of the Aaron polycule story. He's a relatively famous guy, so I do find it hard to believe he'd write out-of-state scripts for some junky he barely knows.

We also know that Nick and Kayla have had access to pill-pushing docs for at least a decade, long before Nick knew any of these people. So there's no reason for Steve to get involved now.

Writing him a note isn't really an issue.
What the judge is likely more pissed about is that Melton knew he could not attend with an ongoing back issue, and did not inform them earlier, did not take the offer for the continuance, and pretty much ignored the court until the last second, when he put in the doctors note like this is some kind of high school "I stayed at home because I got a tummy ache" situation.

Melton pretty much ignored the court order to not harass Aaron, had his gay event and allowed people to perform who did it anyway, refused to sign a stipulation that contained clear language that Aaron was off-limits as a talking point during Hackamania, and THEN proceeded to gas up the judge with his bitch ass lawyer note.

Nick at least showed up after violating the HRO, Melton not only violated it, he also lied to the court about his intention of attending in the first place.

All that is true. Also what seems to be true: the judge will continue doing nothing.
Yep. Maybe another person filing for an HRO against the deranged Skellyfaggot could make this move forward a little.
Nick just game MommaK good reason to do so, and for her own safety I hope she does get it.

That it would also help Aaron is a nice side-effect.

Up until Hackamania, I considered all the “murder-suicide” shit a joke. Now it just seems like a matter of time. Maybe we’ll even get some kind of “Aaron’s law” that forces judges to take gay restraining orders more seriously.

And am I mistaken, or did Nick bring Kayla with him to court? If so, in what world would you bring a scared little woman victim into a room with the man who sent rp of her?
Between that, her being at Havkamania (despite hating it) and the gorilla bracelet, I’m starting to think that she doesn’t trust him about where he’s going/what he’s doing.

Is it possible she’s trying to tard wrangle him out of buying/doing drugs? Or is it more likely she’s concerned there’s a new April in the picture?

Or since the PO is out of the office and Nick open bragged about only doing phone check-ins and no tests, they are back on blow, pawned of the annoying kids to concerned relatives, and her trip with him to Vegas was to start a new chapter: Hedomania I.

He's just trying to get Aaron to slip up and mention or address her so he can jail Aaron again for it. She's going along with it because she's always been dragged along Nick's crazy ride and has no backbone. He wants her there and uncomfortable and he wants Aaron to know Nick is doing that to her in hopes Aaron will foolishly white knight.

She did indeed show up to court. Meanwhile, according to Mama K, this ugly swamp goblin lied about having PTSD over Aaron showing her nasty semi-nude photo to 1 person. She's just as wretched as Nick is.

This, she should act fast though. Cuck faggot is clearly planning on Uno-reverse on her with his own HRO based on his latest statements about her.
It's a game of cat&mouse now, who files for HRO faster.(IMO)
Fat Fuck Herren and Dabblers already probably have all of her phonebook so it's only matter of time someone releases her documents from her past in courts which she fears the most.

Someone needs to run a GC-MS on a sample of Aaron Imholte's goo to determine its cocaine content. There's no other explanation for skelly's homosexual addiction and lustful fixation on the man's genitalia and semen.
Nick just tells himself that it was the cocaine in aaron's goo that he was addicted to. Nick is just a scorned homosexual/bpd teenage girl to the extent that the butt pirates at gay90's are like "look at this absolute faggot lmao."

Nick personally talked to Dr. Steve. Dr. Steve is legitimate medical care. If you know a doctor, they can be your doctor and Dr. Steve was Melton's private doctor.

Dr. Steve is also a CEO which makes him even better. He wrote the letter about melton on CEO letterhead.
His state's medical board and Nevada's medical board getting a call from a judge about where this doctor is allowed to see patients followed by the doctors statement of where he treated Melton will be very interesting. Medical boards aren't going to like doctors that defraud courts.

That's the Rekieta kiss of death. I hope Dr. Steve understands what he's in for with Nicky Crackets on his team.

I think he is already beginning to probably understand how much of a bullet he dodged when the Judge convinced Nick not to go under oath to talk about Melton's health and Dr. Steve.

It really is too bad that we did not get Nick to testify to Dr. Steve's qualification and medical findings.

"Yes your honor, myself and 27 other neckbearded pedos were in the same room. We paid 50$ for the admission to watch Dr. Steve prod the hunchback with needles and perform various tests, while holding a lecture on the correlation of pedophilia and obesity in white men. I swear that it was very legit!" :really:

I’d be very interested to know what diagnostic criteria or evidence Dr. Steve relied on to conclude there was “back pain” worthy of missing court.
Did he perform a physical evaluation? What tests did he perform? How did he identify it from a hotel room in Vegas?

What is this? The 18th century? Your manorial physician prods at the gout from your fainting couch, oils of lavender pressed into his handkerchief?
