Becauss its a global oil market

It doesnt matter where you get the oil from price shocks to the supply affect prices across the globe. The only way to insulate yourself would be to completely nationalise the production of fuel in this country.

Prices in the us have risen by over 25%

Europe is less i agree but they were paying n 3 dollars a litre in feb in germany and now are paying 3.6 dollars a litre

Poland was paying 2.23 aud in feb and is now up to 2.57.

We started at 1.71 in feb and it got up to 2.50ish before the excise was cut so its now back to 2.20ish

We actually had quite cheap fuel comparee to the EU

As you can see gas was 3.148 usd a gallon in the first week of feb in the last week it was 4.126 averaged out across the country its slightly higher up until trumps announcement todasy

Took the kiddos to the zoo to see the dinosaurs on the weekend. Across the street they were hosting something called the sikh games. Every single carpark had a giant sign stating zoo patrons only and i could not move my car because i was surrounded by a stream of sub continentals walking from the zoo carpark to their games

35 minutes to find a carpark with my kids screaming in the back seat because the zoos right fucking there and all i could think was

I think the petrol/diesel price issue is a bit overblown. I believe we have the lowest excise tax on fuel, so correspondingly any increase in the base material cost will show up as a larger percentage. The main factor, however, is the demand surge we’ve seen from Aussie businesses. The cunts who went around filling up IBCs and portable fuel containers with 1000s of L of fuel and sucked all the servos dry. The prices are high to cope with that, not to cope with a loss of supply. We haven’t lost supply, we’ve just lost the ability to increase it in response to this massive jump.

He backed himself into a hole by having homemade firearms. If he had consented to a search then he’d be sitting in jail for 15 years x however many parallel crimes they could charge him for. I don’t think he set out to murder agents of the State, he just found himself in the position of choosing between decades in jail or having a go of it.

  • Indian man making joke about young men talking about male loneliness epidemic and being immediately bombarded with women blaming it on the patriarchy in comments section. Pretty good premise but punch line fell flat imo.
  • White lady totally forgettable.
They’re really getting a lot of mileage out of the word international.
