I'm pretty sure it's on the decline. Pornography had a brief moment in the late 00s where it almost bled into other parts of American life, you'd see a hipster porn chick in the American Apparell ad or something like that, but that era of porn was a lot more violent and degrading.

Also sexual mores have changed. A lot of the people younger than me have barely had any sexual partners. You should not choke them.

Look, while I'm not going to pretend to not understand that people like rough sex, if you're into non-sexual choking you probably aren't fit to survive.

If you have a non-sexual fetish you should just be taken out back and shot like Old Yeller. That's far too retarded to ever be of value.
