Looks like that Day of Visibility schtick is not unanimous in the community. 8)

I saw a post on a trans subreddit the other day where a poor trans woman on Transgender day of Visibility was writing about how she wished she was more invisible since her hypervisibility as a trans woman has caused a lot of issue for her.

And a transmasc person out of nowhere commented that they she was being mean and dismissive towards transmasc people by wishing to be invisible when so many transmascs/men suffer sue to being invisible as trans people. But she didn't even bring up transmascs, she was just alarmed that especially trans women of colour is harmed at much higher rates than so many other demographics.

I am so annoyed that so many trans spaces allows other trans people to talk over trans women like this. No-one was making it about transmascs until a transmasc inserted themself into the situation. And we should try to, as a trans community, stand together and protect trans women (and especially those who are POC) from harm. Trans men face real issues with transphobia, but that doesn't mean trans women can't wish to be invisible and not have to face the demonisation we currently face

Top comment agrees:
Yeah, trans people in general should be able to wish to be invisible or go stealth. The end goal should be that being trans is so normal and boring that a “Trans Day of Visibility” is no longer needed.

Until we get to that point, the more trans people that are visible the more they can indirectly can help trans people in general by showing we are normal people. Not boogie-people. But, no trans person should be forced to be visible against their will.
Lots of agreement in comments, but also a lot of back and forth.
But the main premise of the whole discussion is that passing is possible. :lit:

This is probably the single only time in this thread I've seen a tranny dress themselves in a way that an actual female human might, somewhere, actually look like. He's still hysterically male in this fit but, that's actually sort of fetch. If a woman were to wear it, it would look good.
Caveat: if a young woman were to wear it. Troons crossdress and age down. Few women that age would dress like that, how's that saying go? Mutton dressed as lamb.

Most women manage something that doesn't make them look like a spectactle and dressing like girls and not women is what really cements troons as fetishists. Without fail a troons gender expression is always teens to early 20s, it's unreal how they all gravitate to the exact same thing.

Here's an L from a tranny advocate. She can't answer a simple question. Worth watching. Massive takedown.

I'm going to be hit with neg rates however I put this, but:
1. I believe that, within a reasonable term, women should be allowed to terminate a pregnancy. AND...
2. I also believe that every abortion is a tragedy. The end of a potential life. Just use a rubber jonny instead.
That's my nuanced opinion.

What happens when you try to advocate for a Plan B pill (abortion lite) if you can't even define what a woman is?
You'll get shat on. Hard.
This is just like when Roe v Wade was debated, but so many on the Left found it too difficult to brand birth control as a women's right. They lost.

Lib Fems are an absolute cancer on society. Especially for chicks.
Do TRAs who beat around the bush like this know how retarded and cowardly they look? If she believed that men can get pregnant, then she just would have said yes, right? Or she could have lobbed a weak answer and say that "some men can get pregnant", She doesn't answer because she obviously doesn't believe it, but the powerful forces might punish her if she says no, so she's left to embarrass herself.

They have no winning move.

To clarify: hysterically male uggo manages to put together an outfit that would look okay on a woman (but still does not look attractive himself)

I specifically had to tell google Flow that I needed the outfit on "an attractive human female model" or else it kept generating an ugly man:

He will never be a woman and his attempts are laughable but even fags can put together an outfit sometimes
You had to specify “human” in your prompt? Lol would it have tried to generate a furry anthro wearing this outfit if not? Or show you what this outfit would look like on a toad?

Can you show me a law passed that allows ICE to round them up?
I think this is key to understanding trannies. They think the tranny genocide is a conspiracy they are the only ones aware of. Every thing that happens, they try to fit into their conspiracy, barring trannies from shelters isn't just expedient concern for vulnerable women, it's an attack. An LGBT+ friendly workplace telling them to stop dressing like a hooker? That's them luring out a tranny to come out of the closet so they can persecute him. ICE rounding up illegals? Illegals today, trannies tomorrow.
It's like someone on /pol/ posting "I just stubbed my toe, what influence did jews have on interior design and how do jews this relate to this event?"

Recently trannies have decided the following things are bad: trans day of visibility, people asking their pronouns, using "identify as", even the word trans itself. These are apparently now performative virtue signals that cis people use to "other" them.

They're frantically trying to distance themselves from their own shit. I guess they finally understand that wise old children's tale from the sea: you can lead a lead a horse to water, but you can't make it think your stinkditch is a real vagina.

Again I do not understand the reality these people live in. Can someone show me what law congress passed to eliminate troons? Can you show me a law passed that allows ICE to round them up?
They started off by being hyperbolic to get attention, but since they all live in a fantasy cookoo world, they started to actually believe it. They heard it 24/7 since before COVID. They made each other repeat it constantly like a mantra until the idea of a trans genocide became a core part of their world view. Now we have a sizeable portion of the electorate who are happy to kill you for saying that men are male and women are female.

You can't find middle ground with fat grown man who is willing to end your life because you won't take part in his sexual fetish.

I’ve noticed this, too. It’s not new. I remember ten years ago you would be castigated for not writing “trans*” with the asterisk and now it’s considered deeply offensive to do that.

It’s almost like nothing can make them satisfied
because they’re pretending to be something they’re not and no amount of word games can make it true.

Because "woman" no longer means "adult female human" and it kept giving me a fucking DUDE; probably because the source image is a fucking DUDE and even AI can tell

A lot of them are deluded enough to think if they don't say they're trans and they identify as a she/her no one will notice. They'll just assume they're actually women/men because they're so beautiful/handsome.

Power of positive thinking, am I right? 8)

I think that there's this big confusion between "passing" and "pretty" in online transfemme spaces and I think it's driving a lot of people insane.

"Passing" is "I want the average person to assume I'm a cis woman at first glance." This isn't actually that hard. Hell, I've seen long haired rocker guys "pass" with just a little bit of eyeliner. 99% of people aren't that observant, and the ones who do clock you and have a problem with trans people are often too cowardly to be confrontational about it.

"Conventionally pretty" is a whole different ballgame. You can get there, but holy shit does it take a lot of time, money, and patience. Remind yourself that the beautiful girls you see on Instagram or Magazines or whatever do NOT look like that with a bare face just out of bed. If this is what you want, you have a few options.

1.) Start putting a significant portion of your budget towards fashion and beauty. I don't mean plastic surgery, I mean hundreds or thousands of dollars on laser hair removal, makeup, clothes, shoes, skincare, perfume, razors, hair appointments, nail appointments, etc. Unless you're rich, this is gonna come with some sacrifices. You're not gonna be able to buy all the other things that you may have wanted, like supplies for hobbies, entertainment, whatever. If this is something you truly want, then you're gonna have to put in SO MUCH EFFORT. Some people are ok with making those sacrifices. Other people are going to struggle and drive thrmselves cuckoo bananas, which brings us to option 2:

2.) Radical self acceptance. Just say "fuck all that" and do whatever you want. This is the one life you get. Why waste it fretting over a superficial thing like looks?

Not looking to pass judgment on anyone, do whatever is right for you and your brain. Just know that "passing" doesn't mean you need to be this beautiful apex of femininity in order to be correctly gendered. The goal is to get more comfortable with yourself, not to transform into Scarlett Johanson

This is true. The line between dysphoria and body image issues gets real blurry after some time. We get trans girls out here talking like incel looksmaxxers on why they can never pass when they actually look just fine. At some point, we need to learn to approach our bodies in the way that cis women also have to figure out in order to have a good relationship with our bodies and femininity.
Quite logical given the premise that "passing" is possible. Ever.
Of course some troons not-pass harder than others. :lit:
