I hate to cite Reddit, especially a post that sources its information from Discord, I do feel compelled to share this post about the possible Mii cap for Living the Dream.

Basically, dataminers have said that the save data for LtD has enough slots for up to seventy miis. And to make matters worse, that's not even a guarantee that we'll get 70, because there are (I'm paraphrasing, I don't recall the exact numbers) 525 slots for food items, but only ~500 foods, so the Mii count could be on a similar boat. I saw some speculation it might end up being 64, since that'd make for eight houses of eight miis each.
Could the number be higher in the release version? It's certainly possible, but personally I'd say it's very unlikely. It's bad form to change how save data is structured after the fact, and there's meant to be parity between the demo saves and the full version saves. It is also worth noting that in another post (which I can't seem to find, so trust me bro) that the game can handle up to 256 Miis before it stops functioning, so that's perhaps a bit promising?
I dunno, I have precious little faith in Nintendo, so I would not be surprised if we get yet another fuck up and have a Switch successor to a pair of games for the DS and 3DS that can't even come close to matching the Mii cap.
Also, absolutely seething at the dipshit who wrote that post. "Here's why getting a lower quality product doesn't actually matter." Yes, let's keep lowering our standards while paying more in an industry that continually gets away with giving worse and worse products to consumers. Total Nintendrone Death.
