Look at the meta data of that pdf. It appears to have been doctored a bit. Wonder what was doctored and if it were for pwd.

That's a $55 charge, not thousands of dollars. It's not a per-call charge either. That's your flat rate to speak to some call centre in Mumbai whenever you want.

The ambulance bill doesn't come as a Telus bill. It has to be billed by the Ambulance service.

The multi-hundred dollar charge is his phone/internet/cable after long neglect and he's paying it off before his phone gets cut off (or when it gets cut off).

Back in October 2021, @pr3nt177 archived this Yaniv tweet threatening to sue Telus SmartHome because his dog bothered the installer. Also water sensors got moved. (Water sensors in a 2nd floor apt? Maybe a quaint overreaction to the fire-fighting water from the 4th floor he tried to use as a pretext to scam his home owner insurance company and to sue the 4th floor strata owners.)

Also if Yaniv withheld payment to protest the horrific lady frustration he experienced, he could end up owing even larger amounts if his pitch for free service failed a couple of years later, I guess.

As for the RCMP's $90k, I'd say I duped myself. Yaniv could easily have added a memo line at the time of deposit saying whatever he wanted from "RCMP" to "McGill honorarium 4 muh speech." The memo line's for customer convenience and not controlled by the credit union.

For non-BC'ers - "VanCity" is short for Vancouver City. The site is that of a credit union that deserves many calls every day about Econolines. The templates they make available publicly don't resemble The Document, but if you have an account and call up an online statement, it might be as the document shows. Sample VanCity template:

It's feasable that he could d/l an account statement and doctor it. I don't think he has the patience or brain power to make up all those details for 18 pages and keep the numbers clicking accurately, but if the thing kept its spreadsheet functions and he was mainly deleting actual entries and modifying some, he wouldn't need to.

@dfslegal, what did you notice in the metadata?

eta: @Hyacinth Bucket (Bouquet), As you said, I can find no announced or threatened action against the RCMP that would net him anything like $90k. The closest he came was his dismissed case against the Town of Langley after his first arrest and his seemingly nowheresville case against the King of England that complains about the RCMP. He wouldn't have kept quiet about filing something against the RCMP and certainly wouldn't have kept quiet about bagging $90k.

@DianaKarfyre, without giving anything away about the source of the document, can you fill us in a little about what use it had?

I don't know the original reason that Big Jess printed that off, but I know that copies/screenshots were sent around to various people as "proof" that "somebody" was "fraudulently" taking money every month for something that looked like a mortgage payment. If you look at the PDF metadata, you'll see that it was generated by Jessica Simpson, and the footer of each page indicates that it was printed from a VanCity URL (ie., print-to-PDF of an account's history via online banking).

There's some wild speculation around what the original $90k deposit was really from. You'll note that the bank simply shows a memo line from deposits and transfers, so Jon could have entered whatever the hell he wanted to in the memo field.

@dfslegal might have some opinions on the above.

Of course, y'all could just call or text Jon (from a burner number) and ask him. Based on his multiple recent hurt-feelings filings, his current cell numbers are 250-REDACTED‬ and 250-REDACTED‬. Be sure to share with everyone what you find out.

I'm not really sure what Yaniv expects to happen. Neither Bindel, Duffield or Murphy are in Canada. If I were them I'd just say "come to country I'm in and do it there'. Bindel and Duffield are in TERF island so I think he'd lose in court and get laughed at. Murphy is in Mexico and I don't see Yaniv's antics working out well for him there. In fact he'd be lucky if losing in court and getting laughed at was the only issue he ran into.

Yaniv is very probably the single individual responsible for peak-transing the most people. Certainly #1 among people that are not in jail for murder.

Very commendable of him to want to get back in the game and remind the world of his existence.

It's very nostalgic. I started lurking on the Farms back in 2018, when Yaniv was (inexplicably, at the time) managing to get Twitter/Reddit/Youtube/Wordpress/etc to censor pretty much all info & criticism about himself.

And now we fast-forward to today, and he's still starting frivolous lawsuits and attempting to censor his critics... But it's all impotent! :story: His enablers are mostly gone, the social milieu has turned against him. He's even on the cusp of eviction & homelessness, and all he can do is uselessly flail about until he's kicked out onto the street.
Just incredible. ❤️ This menace to society is finally getting his comeuppance.
