I always find it fascinating to see how Japan, and other Asians, view the American culture like we do theirs sometimes. I suppose when you're on the other half of the planet the food, music, media, etc is so far from what you're used to it's more interesting and exotic.
I brought up the Japan thing going on to my Asian, and he said American culture is awesome to an Asian. Guns, trucks, cowboys, big honking slabs of meat, music, burgers, generalized insanity, all that good stuff fascinates the Asian mind.

We're distinct enough from each other without being ideologically hostile or philosophically opposed to one another, so it's still fun to view and interact with the other culture. So many nations are either vaguely the same as your own or different but shitty that is's simply refreshing to have something that's neither.

Japan was essentially a self-contained bubble for most of it's history and the rapid technological and logistical advancement during the Maiji era basically allowed two completely different states of human societal evolution to exist simultaneously.

The US is an insanely young nation that managed to have a bunch of wildly different but still unified regional cultures due to it's vast size and became the most powerful nation on the planet in less than 2 centuries.

They're both just interesting ass places and people objectively speaking, of course we like each other.

Imagine being in a land with chicks with no boobs who all demand you court them a dowery and shit, when instead you can eat a burger and bareback some black chicks raw at the cookout with massive boobs after drinking a bottle of Crown Royal. Such is the gay life of a Japanese man wishing for true freedom.

He legit buck breaks the native americans. It rules.
Based as fuck episode. He also (finally) tells Wesley Crusher to get fucked, and the twerp resigns like the little bitch he is. It's after that he fucks off to go play with the kiddie-diddling Traveler he met in Season 1 in that otherwise fun episode with lots of cool shots of the warp core going nuts.

The worst part of being drafted to the front lines of the Cuban front of the "Five Fronts at Freddie's" War was that I had to hear Kneecap perform and then the power was cut from the camp because Hasan was using it to shock innocent stray dogs in the night. You would be forgiven for thinking it was lightning with how the streets would light up with flashes, though this lightning wasn't followed by thunder, but instead by the anguished cries of puppies for the entertainment of an AIDS patient with a small head :punished:

I don't know if I'd say I'm intimidated, but I am certainly scared.

That fatty looks like they were rejected from a casting call to Mad Max

A club in Providence, Rhode Island, has been forced to put a mural of Iryna Zarutska on hold after backlash from the black community.

“Where are the murals for everybody who died for BLM?”

“What about the black women who die every day on the streets?”

Weird how they don't mention who is the most likely to be killing those black women every day...

FTC Chairman Andrew N. Ferguson Issues Warning Letters to CEOs of PayPal, Stripe, Visa and Mastercard About Debanking American Consumers

March 26, 2026

Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew N. Ferguson sent letters today to four major financial infrastructure platforms and payment providers reminding them of their obligations to their customers under the FTC Act.

The letters issued to the CEOs of PayPal, Stripe, Visa and Mastercard raise concerns about publicly reported examples of financial services companies denying their customers access to services due to their political or religious views.

“Full participation in commerce and public life necessarily requires that law-abiding individuals can access, and freely participate in, our financial system,” Chairman Ferguson wrote.

“It is inconsistent with American values to deny law-abiding individuals the ability to run their legitimate businesses and feed their families because they attracted the ire of rogue American officials, overzealous activists, or, more worryingly, foreign governments seeking to control public discourse,” he continued. “That is why President Trump’s August 7, 2025, Executive Order on debanking makes clear that it is unacceptable to debank law-abiding citizens due to ‘political affiliations, religious beliefs, or lawful business activities.’”

The letters warn the companies that any act or practice to deplatform customers or deny them access to financial products or services, or to facilitate such conduct by other companies, that is inconsistent with their terms of service or a customer’s reasonable expectations may violate the FTC Act and could lead to an FTC investigation and potential enforcement action.

The FTC in recent years has brought numerous enforcement actions against payment infrastructure platforms and related entities for unfair or deceptive practices, including misleading merchants about fees and contract terms and facilitating fraud on consumers, including through the means of card networks.

tl;dr if you aren't breaking the law, visa paypal etc can't deny you services.

Bonus. Leftists getting arrested (video too big)
Damn, that one chick at 1:18 just straight up screams NIGGER right in the black cop's face! Things are so topsy turvy now that ANTIFA protesters have turned into /pol/ chuddies. Next thing you know, they'll be demanding TND on a nation wide scale.

I just love knowing that at some point the writers were told to write Wesley off the show and the way they did that was by having him resign from Starfleet and run off with an intergalactic groomer.

He deserves no less.
